There was a very nice employee that took my order and presented outstanding! Everyone there seems nice and bright. The food is ordered was super fresh! I would definitely recommend this McDonald's over any of the others in this area! (Im from Maryland btw)

I do not recommend the McDonald’s Catlettsburg Kentucky because they messed up my order and put cheese on my McDonald’s double when they was told not to the McDouble was supposed to be plane meet and bun only

Going by past experiences at McDonald's, I would have to say the egg McMuffan was old, which is to say that it was preped way too soon so that the egg was rubbery the muffin dried out and the cheese slightly desicated.
The coffee was old as well and had the taste of brew left on the heating element to long.
I go to McDonald's when traveling and have an expectations of consistent quality.
Today was not that day.

They must the moment at the McDouble and put cheese on it Then when we went back through, they forgot the other McDowell that we ordered then we went in And tell them about it, and the woman was rude
Horrible experience food wasn't warm ordered fires as well were ice cold the food taste quality was Horrible also ordered ice coffee and there was no flavor it was basically ice water 😫 waited in line for 15 to 20 mins for a fish sandwich that took 15 mins and was mushy as can be like dam yall had one job and failed
