We came through the drive through for some of their famous root beer. I fully understand that alot of teenagers work here as their first job but I would appreciate having them brush up on their customer facing attitudes. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm inconveniencing them by being there. The root beer however was cold, fresh and delightful

Run from this place!! We decided to take our family here since we were staying at a hotel near by for a weekend vacation. As soon as we walked in they informed us that they only have one cook and one dish cleaner and it will be a longggg time to get our food. Then once we decided to stay to eat since it was getting late they told us to only sit on the A & W side and not the Long John Silvers side which was odd. There were no straws and the restaurant was dirty. We got our food within 8 minutes so not sure what the cashier meant about a long wait. Seems to be they didn’t want to work and scare paying customers away. Then it gets better!!! In front of the ENTIRE restaurant with a handful of customers sitting in eating. The manager comes out yelling who ever is smoking marijuana outside she is calling the cops. She then tells us that she has 5 felony charges and is a recovering addict and has been clean for 3 years. The managers daughter and her friends all work there and were hanging outside in the parking lot next to a SUV. They weee slamming doors and yelling as well. I have never seen such drama and chaos in my life. This was all done in front of my three small children. My children were asking me what a felony was and a drug addiction as well. I really hope corporate sees this review and fires the felon immediately. She was telling the customers she was calling the cops and pulling video footage . No one was smoking marijuana unless it was one of their employees.This place needs to be shut down!!!

Always good food decent speedy service prices on some stuff could come down a bit! But over all not bad!
Best location I have ever been to! I drive a tractor/trailer and when I am bobtail or actually in my jeep I stop here! It has the nicest and best customer service of any fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Food is always hot and fresh, never gotten my order wrong. Not sure if this is a franchise location or company, but these employees deserve kudos for excellence! Everything is cooked to order and it’s still faster than other places!!

Great stop. Friendly greeter, quick service, food was hot, tasty and well-prepared (oil had recently been changed👍🏻), plenty of self-serve drink options and seating, restroom was clean. Would definitely stop here again.
Outdoor seating area was great, except for the worker on their break listening to their phone loudly with foul language.🫤
