Most cracker barrels are doing well. We was heading back home from Florida and we stopped at one in Georgia. The waitress was great but the food was lousy. Cold biscuits, cold mashed potatoes, carrots tasted like they were cooked in bleach water. The manager didn't even apologize, he did take off the lousy meal. It gave me a bad taste for Cracker Barrel.

The flavor..wavering..esthetics..down..waitresses and staff are good, selection in the store is great..but prices are skyrocketing...use to love this place..$4 for 1 pancake..small pancake..flour n water....come on

Was very nice but don't get me wrong I loved it but hate it at the same time.....the fire place was going .....beautiful ....but it's like I couldn't breath in there.....I had to tell them to make my food to go.....

For a busy thanksgiving day, the service was not affected. Great service and great food. Used the app to join the waitlist and as busy as it was the quoted time was pretty accurate

This is my favorite cracker barrel. The food is always the way it should be and so good. It seems that the portion size is bigger as well, so we always have leftovers for later. I also appreciate the customer service, I know what? But yes I've always had a great experience interacting with the people that work at this cracker barrel.
