Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

No issues the last few times but every now and then I get like tiny pieces of chicken strips, I get 2 is 2 but it looked like 1 strip and a half my kids were not happy. Service was great when I ordered. Went through drive thru. Food was fresh.

They have gotten to where they are extremely slow. You have to wait 40+ minutes for some chicken tenders and a burger.

Asked for a Carmel sundae and the Carmel was just placed around the ice cream instead of over it.

I was the only customer in the dining room. Employees let my food sit for several minutes, not once giving it to me so I can eat it warm. I finally said something and they go “oh this is yours?” My food was cold. Not impressed.

Even tho our order has been messed up or something a couple times, this is 1 fast food restaurant that actually takes care of you and doesn't take th food back just to throw it away and waste it!

There were very busy, the manager did a great job in handling. Staff was courteous, food was good. There is no Dairy Queen near home, so glad we stopped in.

The woman in the drive thru who took our cash was kind, but when we got up the window for a simple small chocolate shake and a slushie it took them nearly 3 or 4 minutes, there was no line, and the employee at the second window who gave us our drinks had an air pod in and stood at the drive thru window on their phone while another stood at the counter and then the employee went to go make the milkshake. Plus the shake wasn't even thoroughly mixed, it felt like sucking cement through a straw, I know a good shake that's been mixed should come up smooth in one or 2 pulls from the straw not 6 or 7 because someone didn't wanna get off their phone and do something for 30 seconds. Even the chocolate syrup that's supposed to be mixed in was on the side of the cup because it never got fully mixed.

Literally every time I go in to pick up an order its a ridiculous amount of time to wait. For 1, door washers don't get paid by the hour so all the putzing around is impacting potential income. The work ethic is so poor and communication is non existent. What a shameful crew.

Sat in line for long time and I just left without ordering. Noon on a Friday and they was unloading a truck. Who does that.

Takes forever to get your food, get parked every time and wait at least 20 minutes just to get cold food or the wrong food, I don’t mind to wait but when having to wait for so long, I expect the food to be fresh, service is terrible and the girl in the window is extremely rude gave the wrong drinks then laughed when I told her they were wrong

I loved it. Seriously, great service. Best place for breakfast in Munfordville

Great DQ! The food always tastes great and the service is fantastic. They have the most cheerful employees.
