Terrible service, very rude, just handed me my food and slammed the sliding door when finished handing me my stuff- in my order was a chicken strip basket which comes with a piece of toast cut in half.. I got a SLICE OF WHITE BREAD. If I wanted a slice of bread I would’ve just cut myself one and ate it at home!!

It so good and the have so many options and even no dairy
I came in here this morning ordered a biscuit and gravy with my husband. He ordered the same sit down, started eating. There was a dark hair on top of my biscuit gravy. The guy at the register took it back. He was polite about it, but the cook came to the front and was basically running his mouth saying he don’t know how the hair got there. It couldn’t be his hair and it probably wasn’t his hair from the top of his head because he didn’t have any, but he had a beard and beard guard on, now I’m a manager and having for a long time and I know there’s a certain way they should handle this stuff and I was very polite about it. I could’ve made a fuss. Instead, he starts running his mouth to the front register lady that came back up. This was very unprofessional, and I wish I’d went to the watermelon instead because very clean and Bowling Green is way better.

I was disappointed by the Reese Take 5 Blizzard at this Dairy Queen. The soft service cream was soft and runny. It was not what I expected. Maybe something was wrong with their ice cream maker?

I was there as a customer when a lady came in and said everything needed to be sanitized because an employee had tested positive for covid after working her shift that day. The general manager could have cared less and didn’t do anything!!
I asked for a large meal about three times, got a regular and eventually just left with what they gave me, most of the order was wrong but for some reason they weren't understanding. Will not be back.
