An absolute must stop if you enjoy authentic Mexican food! Nothing overly spiced, but so flavorful, with really great portion sizes.Wait staff is exceptional as well! If your in the area, stop in. They have a huge parking lot as well!

Probably some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. I had the fajitas Del Mar and the house dip. Both were excellent and the service was more than adequate. We only went there because it was next door to our hotel and hadn’t read any reviews and were pleasantly surprised.

Quan our waiter is muy excellent. Food is delicious and big portion. We ordered nacho royal plate. And 2 big mugs of beer. Oh order the bean dip. It's out of this world.

We were in town for a couple of days and love Mexican food so we tried El Mazatlan. Really good food and service. Authentic in that everyone employed is Mexican and the menu has recognizable dishes and some not. Love that !If you want an appetizer , don't order your entree right away because your entree will be delivered in literally 120-180 seconds.Not that that's a problem but if you need some time on your appetizer wait to order your main mealHappy Hour is 5-8. Again the service was super nice. We had a slight problem on our bill and Renaldo fixed it without a problem.Love it. Highly recommend this place !!

Salsa tasted kind of like pizza sauce, but I somehow ended up eating two bowls before my entree arrived. Which is saying something because my food came out faster than my beer could be poured. Food was delicious. The chicken quesadilla, refried beans and rice, three steak tacos, nachos Velasco, and choriqueso were all top-notch. Highly recommend if you're in the area. I had to be rolled out like Violet Beauregarde out of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory.
