2pm. Patel was working the register. Never acknowledged us just kinda was aloof and staring through us? I asked if we could order. Kept it simple, but it seems Patel wasn’t paying attention and we had to repeat our order three times before it seemed to register for her we were wanting to order food. Then was told it would be a long time, when I asked how long, Patel told us “long” and gave no further info. Considering there were a handful of cars and 3 guests inside not including us, I figured it couldn’t be that long. Wrong, took 30 minutes for an 8 piece Togo. Seems like if I stayed in my car, would have been half the time, as I watched cars enter and leave with their buckets. Couldn’t have been online orders as 3 other people came in after us, stating their online orders said they’re ready, only for them to wait 20 minutes. When anyone asked questions, Patel would walk away and tend to some other task, leaving customers at the register confused until someone came off the line to help them while Patel was, doing whatever? A lady asked for a refund twice due to the wait and Patel kept telling her it’s “almost ready” and eventually another employee came off the line and said they could use the 1-800 number since Patel didn’t seem interested in helping. We left at that point as our food finally was ready 30 minutes later. No napkins, butter, or honey. But they got everything else right. I presume the line packed the entrees and sides, condiments were up to Patel who, as we have gathered by now, wasn’t the best, if anything. Thankfully we’re passing through. Thought maybe it’s a bad day, but the review history tells me otherwise. Best of luck any soul that craves chicken and is met with this trial.

Prices were wrong on the sign, so we were overcharged! Out of chicken, had to wait! Service was poor & restaurant was really run down!

The manager is VERY Unprofessional. As rude as she is she has no business being a manager. 45 minutes for mashed potatoes and they was wrong when I got them then the manager started running her mouth from behind instead of coming out and talking directly to me. Other people was in there and had been waiting 45 minutes to a hour on food. This location is shitty and has been for awhile. If they can’t do better than this they should shut the doors permanently

Absolutely disappointed. Lady's name is Patel. Horrible service. Once I arrived at the drive through she said what can I get you and before I could answer she started to say hello several times. I had to raise my voice in order for Patel to hear me. I gave my order went to the window she walked up turned around to face away from the window stayed like that for a minute and a half. Finally turned around never really giving the price and said can I have your card. Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted more food I prompted no. She gave an annoyed impression. Keeping my card for 3 to 4 minutes then telling me my card didn't. When asking asking her if she tried to swipe it she dmsaid I tried 100 times and it didn't work. Acting annoyed. I informed her I have tap on my phone she tried it saying it didn't work either stating I had to reactivate the card to tap. I told them it still have 30 seconds on it. The asked the manager to come over. Once he did I informed him he took my phone face down to the tap machine and said it didn't work. I told him and showed him on the screen when it said to set it to the back on the phone to the tap I order for it to work. Once he did that it worked. I dont understand why they couldn't bring the tap machine closer so they didn't have to touch my phone.

The establishment seems to not train the employees at all. And they have no customer service at all. This is one of the most disrespectful places I've been to. This is my first review I've ever to done. Normally when going to places it isnt this hard to have to get chicken and sides. They also shorted me 2 biscuits. I dont even want to go back and get then for how rude and unorganized they are.

Just a heads up no this place wasn't busy at all 2 cars in drive through and 2 customers on the inside. Very disappointed.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Drive thru took forever then when got to window they didn't have original chicken like I wanted even though I ordered it an hour before to pickup about the time I got there

Worst KFC food ever! The chicken was tasteless, most of the corn was a disgusting brown color & dry (immediately threw it out), potatoes and gravy were a watery mess, cole slaw & mac n chs were just ok. This stop will probably keep me away from a KFC Forever.

Worst KFC experience I have ever had and will not return. Staff are rude and slow I waited 25 minutes for an order and still didn’t receive it. Just had a refund no wonder these places are going under the ppl working can’t even make food in a timely manner.
