I actually drove away from the drive-thru without anyone helping me. I placed my order, waited about 10 minutes for the truck in front of me to get his food, waited another 12 minutes at the window with no one even taking my money, and I left and went to another "fast" food place.

Regardless of when this location closes down, going at 9 pm at night on a Saturday night doesnāt warrant a hateful what do you want at the speaker, or a hateful your total is such and such.. like what crawled up that guys butt.. food was good but dudes attitude ruined me for awhile

At 1:30 in the afternoon the 3 or 4 workers decide they canāt take anymore orders until the next shift comes in! Itās just a burgerā¦youāre not trying to land a plane folks. Toss a patty on the grill and get it done!

We went through the drive thru on Saturday (7/27) at around 9 PM. There was only one man working so the wait was above-average, like over 20 minutes. The man at the window was pretty brusque and seemed over it in general, but he wasnāt outwardly rude. I think heād be a lot less stressed out if he had some help.
Vegetarian options: JalapeƱo poppers, French fries, tater tots
I went through the drive through and ordered a burger fully dressed, the young lady taking my order asked if I still wanted mustard on my sandwich and I said yes, but I want extra pickle. When I got my sandwich it was sopping wet with mustard. I went inside and politely asked for light mustard bc I couldnāt eat it. The young lady said ofc. She took it back and I could hear them cussing me bc apparently I ordered extra mustard. So they just put the same sandwich in a new wrap and handed it back to me. I opened it up and showed them the same sandwhich said plz remake it I wanted extra pickle not extra mustard. So Shelly, the most unprofessional manager Iāve ever met, continued to cuss me not thinking I could hear it. I got my sandwich back but the way they were acting o was afraid they spit in it. So I went outside and called the store and asked for a number to make a complaint and explained I heard everything they said. She wouldnāt let me speak on the phone and continued to say nasty things. And Iām not gonna lie I said some things too only bc I wasnāt the one at fault. I was refused the number bc Shelly already said her side of the story and I guess to her thatās all that mattered. My boyfriend went in and got me a refund ofc she wasnāt going to do it bc I never received a receipt so he showed the transaction on my banking app, and was told to never come back. Iām a manager at a fastfood restaurant and if she was on my team, she wouldnāt last long. So if you donāt want methheads spitting in your food DONT EAT HERE

From out of town, ordered online. They seemed short staffed but friendly. After getting our order, they didn't follow the instructions for the food. One footlong didn't have any chili on it. The burger didn't have extra pickles on it. The blt was ordered with cheese but didn't have cheese and was missing the proper bread. They didn't tell us this though. We had to go back in to fix two of the sandwiches. Manager seemed like he was doing his best but still just it wasn't one thing messed up it was 3.

Learned my lesson will never come back here again. One guy, but I hear him talking to someone else so apparently thereās two people in there for one cheeseburger and three sodas the last time we were here I made the mistake of overhearing a gentleman, complaining, and mad about so many customers, that should have stopped me from coming back.
Please, whoever owns this establishment, donāt give any excuses for poor service
