I actually drove away from the drive-thru without anyone helping me. I placed my order, waited about 10 minutes for the truck in front of me to get his food, waited another 12 minutes at the window with no one even taking my money, and I left and went to another "fast" food place.

Regardless of when this location closes down, going at 9 pm at night on a Saturday night doesnât warrant a hateful what do you want at the speaker, or a hateful your total is such and such.. like what crawled up that guys butt.. food was good but dudes attitude ruined me for awhile

If I wanted to sit at the drive thru window for 15 minutes waiting for one burger and fry I would of just went to a restaurant....just plain slow
At 1:30 in the afternoon the 3 or 4 workers decide they canât take anymore orders until the next shift comes in! Itâs just a burgerâŠyouâre not trying to land a plane folks. Toss a patty on the grill and get it done!

We went through the drive thru on Saturday (7/27) at around 9 PM. There was only one man working so the wait was above-average, like over 20 minutes. The man at the window was pretty brusque and seemed over it in general, but he wasnât outwardly rude. I think heâd be a lot less stressed out if he had some help.

I went through the drive through and ordered a burger fully dressed, the young lady taking my order asked if I still wanted mustard on my sandwich and I said yes, but I want extra pickle. When I got my sandwich it was sopping wet with mustard. I went inside and politely asked for light mustard bc I couldnât eat it. The young lady said ofc. She took it back and I could hear them cussing me bc apparently I ordered extra mustard. So they just put the same sandwich in a new wrap and handed it back to me. I opened it up and showed them the same sandwhich said plz remake it I wanted extra pickle not extra mustard. So Shelly, the most unprofessional manager Iâve ever met, continued to cuss me not thinking I could hear it. I got my sandwich back but the way they were acting o was afraid they spit in it. So I went outside and called the store and asked for a number to make a complaint and explained I heard everything they said. She wouldnât let me speak on the phone and continued to say nasty things. And Iâm not gonna lie I said some things too only bc I wasnât the one at fault. I was refused the number bc Shelly already said her side of the story and I guess to her thatâs all that mattered. My boyfriend went in and got me a refund ofc she wasnât going to do it bc I never received a receipt so he showed the transaction on my banking app, and was told to never come back. Iâm a manager at a fastfood restaurant and if she was on my team, she wouldnât last long. So if you donât want methheads spitting in your food DONT EAT HERE
