I eat here about once a week. My order has NEVER been correct lol. It's gotten to the point that it's getting funny how bad it is, because by now I know not to expect it to be correct. Luckily, I'm not a picky eater so I don't really mind being surprised. I learned to avoid paying extra for an add-on like avocado, because without fail, it will be left off the sandwich.

I never make bad reviews, i never make social media posts. But this is the absolute worst subway I have ever been to and they have proven over and over again my point. Whoever was working today needs to be fired. I want people who are sober enough to use their basic motor skills, working where the food I AM PAYING FOR is being made. It’s march 20th 2025, we got there at 5:30 we sat there for at least 10 minutes, AT THE SPEAKER, no one came to the speaker for at least 10 minutes. We waited anyway. Someone gets to the speaker, they are slugging their words, getting everything we said wrong, and speaking at snail pace. We finally get our order taken. we sit behind two other cars who definitely were also having the same experience as us. (In no world it should it take 30 minutes to make two subway sandwhiches, even 5 actually) we finally make it to the window, sit for another 10 minutes, get out order, go home and open to eat it, and the bread is hard as a rock (not exaggerating) and there is like 4 pieces a meat. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know what kind of lazy, drugged up, incomprehensible workers they have working there but they should be shut down or fired. We have door dashed from there many times and haven’t been satisfied once. Horrible place, horrible workers, don’t waste your time or money in a place so undeserving.

The first time I visited this Subway I was on a evening tour of mammoth cave and this place was open and the nice lady prepared a sandwich and it was great

The last several times we have chosen to eat here has been HORRIBLE!!! They're always out of something or don't put hardly anything on the sandwich or drown it with sauce. I mean how hard is it to do the job you're trained to do??? It's really just plain ridiculous to be a paying customer & use to be a returning customer but NEVER again. No wonder restaurants don't last in Cave City

If I could give this a ZERO STAR I WOULD. I’m so irritated. Actually irate at this point. I door dashed subway because I simply just didn’t wanna get out and take all of the kids if I didn’t have to I get my order open the sandwiches and the toppings are all wrong completely swapped only one sandwich didn’t even have any cheese at all on it. So after paying door dash fees and a tip I STILL have to get in my car load all the kids up and go to cave city subway to have my sandwiches corrected. They take forever to come to to the speaker actually they didn’t I drove up to the window and started knocking a young girl then comes to the window “I’m so sorry” I said umm yeah I had a door dash order these sandwiches are all wrong everything is swapped she said ok I’ll remake these for you free of charge obviously 🤯 i said ok thanks. She comes back to the window and says “ so I told them you wanted your sandwiches re made but they wanna know if you want your sandwiches remade I laughed and said YES. THEY ARE WRONG. I am just mind blown. Where are the managers? I will not be coming back to this subway I have used them several times and I always sit in the drive through for 35 mins or longer but this has DONE IT for me. RANT OVER.  Update I got my sandwiches. I checked them. They didn’t put cheese on either sandwich, but I am not going back over cheese. I just simply will not be back and I’m just mind blown How can you not comprehend how to read a receipt and make a sandwich it is not that hard people.

Placed an online order to use an app only coupon. I specified exactly how I wanted the sandwich made in the spot for special instructions and it was not made that way. Ordered two Philly steak and cheese. I wanted the steak and cheese heated but both sandwiches had ice cold meat on them. Employees need to take the time to read the instructions on online orders.

This place gets packed being it’s right off the exit. The gas station has a lot of offerings for drinks so you can just call ahead and get a sandwich. What can I say about the food? It’s a Subway sandwich.
Currently am sitting at the drive thru, haven’t taken my order after 20 minutes. Understaffed or not “be with you in just a moment” isn’t 20 MINUTES!!!
Now i’m just sitting here calling for someone to even respond ??? What is wrong with this subway
