This subway was the worst fast-food we have ever been to. Was treated terrible at the drive-through order and then at the pickup window. He got even madder when my husband said you didn't even ask me what kind of bread? I ask for toasted. Y'all.... my meat was just thrown onto the bread, and the whole sandwich was cold. COLD MEAT! The guy taking the orders was horrible to us for no reason.

Place was filthy, all of the vegetables were either out of stock, wilted, or cross-contaminated with other items. Subway has apparently decreased the amount of meat and cheese they put on a sandwich while increasing the price. Four thin slices of meat are not worth $10+.

Worker had a very a nasty attitude when I asked why I was only getting 3 scoops of tuna on a footlong. Then asked angrily where I was from (he didn't ask any of the other customers there). Vegetables were skimpy and not fresh: tomatoes and lettuce were limp, and the lettuce was turning pink.

Awesome AustinGot breakfast this morning and was greeted by Austin. Great customer service and memory. Told him everything I wanted on the sandwich and he built a sandwich without asking me over and over again, what would you like on your sandwich anything else. Great personality.

Online hours are almost never correct, posted hours always differ. Understaffed by the company's choice, they could easily get more people but it's a choice not to. Constantly close early, and frequently choose not to answer the drive through intercom to avoid drive through orders. It's worth driving an exit up and getting Subway there to avoid this place.
Placed a take out order from this location for which I waited 45 minutes and the order was eventually not prepared at all. I could see the store keeper was busy with dine-in customers and only tending to their orders, but if your employees were actually trained properly, they'd know to prioritize better.After asking the employee about our order, she asked to wait for a while but eventually left at the end of the shift. There is no one at the counter for the next 10 minutes. We ultimately canceled our order by calling the store and a man said he would cancel our order and initiate a refund. It's been 3 weeks since and no refund yet. Disgusted with your absolute lack of customer service and thieving customers.

Visited here with family and it is a good option for lunch just outside of Mammoth Cave NP. Typical Subway with varied menu and fresh food. Service was good and the dining area was clean (and so was the gas station which it is located in).

Made a mobile order and came to pickup but didn’t see it on the rack for online orders but was behind the counter so we waiting because the app said it wasn’t finished. Got one of the employees attention and they took a second to find the order and the asst manager asked us if we were sure it was the correct address and then the employee finds our sandwiches. Then we check the sandwiches and my sandwich was cold from where we sat there waiting and didn’t know it was behind the counter. Went in to complain and was met with rude comments from the asst manager and after 15 minutes she called her manager and finally remade my sandwich for me.

There were 4 employees here at 11:18am (supposed to be open until 10pm) and they were closing the store. I walked up and was just told "we're closed." Very rude and blunt. Wouldn't recommend.

This restaurant is inside a busy Shell station. They are quick and friendly and do a good job. We got some subs and they had all the ingredients we wanted. The girls were impressed with how fresh the ingredients were, and enjoyed customizing their subs. There is also a drive through that seemed pretty fast and efficient.
