Wow! Best Taco Bell experience ever! Ordered mobile so food was hot and ready when we arrived. What set it apart was my wife was walking in with the car seat and a young male employee ran out and opened the door for her. My daughter absolutely LOVED the Halloween decorations (20 ft blow up, skeleton eating at table, another blowup inside,etc.). Great Taco Bell!

Ordered a black bean crunchwrap supreme and a black bean grilled cheese burrito. Got meat in both. I'm vegetarian. They remade it, but I'm unhappy that meat was wasted.

With these side delivery like door dash they need more than 3 ppl working. They have door dash, font counter, kiosk, phone and drive thru to deal with i have watched ppl walk out because there was no service at the counter even after ordering thru the kiosk or online! Food is great tho!

So I wanted 6 soft shell tacos 6 Doritos shell an 3 of them 6 Doritos Supreme. Now if that is hard to understand someone tell me. Not one time did I ever have a attitude or rude. But for some reason miss Rebecca was all mad an upset an wasn't understanding what I was telling her. I never said anything while she was having some type of a fit because of what I ordered. Still messed the whole thing up an sent someone else to the window to give me my food. Remember I never wasnt rude or anything while she acted a fool an I still don't understand what the problem was. Even when it was wrong I never said anything just went with it an was fine.It reminds me why I dont come eat here. Why is it such a problem here to get ur food without one of the employees having a melt down.

I rarely write reviews, especially for big businesses but wow this taco bell deserves it. Stopped after going to the caves and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the burritos I got. Something I havent seen in years. Also got my food fast and the kid that called out my order seemed genuinely nice. 10/10 keep it up

What a great experience, I have all but wrote off taco bell but tonight my craving got the best of me and I zipped through the drive thru. The service was great the food was even better. It actually looked like the sign does LoL. Good job cave city team!

I placed a mobile order and went in to grab it-there were a couple families inside and a huge line in the drive through. They hadn’t finished my order yet which was no big deal give how busy they were, I went out to my car to check on my dog and when I came back in my food was ready and the manager gave me free taco coupons and apologized for my wait. Every worker in there was working hard and helping each other out during the rush
