Fries were hard as bricks. They had obviously been setting a long while. The chalalupa was also so hard couldn't bite it. What I ordered was 12$. Never again will I buy from this Taco Bell. Just plain nasty

Burritos didn't have any meat, were thrown together with very little ingredients. Were folded right. My wife got the steak Burrito. No steak. My tea had little to no ice. Drive thru person was not friendly. I won't ever go back.

Was a fresh surprise. Unlike the store in my hometown. This store was well staffed, clean and all the employees where very pleasant. Even the food was just better quality.
Food was good. Customer service was great as well. The radio was fading in and out which was really annoying but they took care of right away.

Got a grilled cheese steak burrito. Terrible was like biting into a handful of salt. So I decided to cut it in half and it was the same! Super salty, non edible! Disgusting!

Last two times I've ordered the food was cold and old. Chalupa shell was hard as rocks and the nacho fries were cold and not cooked fully. They somehow always mess up any customizations. Order no tomatoes and add jalapeños and they don't do any of it.

Newly built Taco Bell location in Cave City. Pulled in and ordered on the mobile app so I could get the special box price. It was fast and efficient, and my order was correct. I'd stop here again late night for sure

Requested no jalapeño on quesadillo, it was on anyway. Requested sour cream on the side but it was in it anyway. So where is the "customizing?" Crunchy Taco broken. Attempted to order online, didn't work so we were very limited in our options at drive thru, and Eben with today simplicity they still couldn't get it right. Very disappointed. Worst Taco Bell experience we've ever had. We're from out of state but travel through here frequently. This is the first and last time we'll be stopping here.
