Stopped for a quick beer on the way back from Mammoth Cave, and was greeted upon arrival by the bartender. She was very nice and gave us a bowl of pretzels with our beers. Then this dude behind the bar who I assume was a bouncer came over and started speaking complete nonsense, fist bumping us and staggering all over the place. Kept saying “ya know what I mean??” No bro, I haven’t a clue. I’m all about a good local dive bar, but this guy had no business being behind that bar. He needed to go to bed. And it just made me feel bad for the bartender who had to work with that nonsense. We probably would have stayed for another drink if we weren’t getting accosted by this weird behavior

Stopped in after dinner at Cave Pizza. Attending wedding over weekend. The Web Site is Totally outdated. Nothing is correct. No local Bourbons. They have all the Usual Kentucky Bourbons...but Zero really local Batches. The bartender was stuck up...probably because I wasn't a regular. She wasn't familiar with the Borbons she had.

We came from michigan and found a great surprise of live music, The Brooke West band was playing. They sounded amazing, the bar has a great friendly atmosphere, we had such a great time.

Awesome experience at The Dive! Candy was beyond wonderful-just such a fun time! Great place to watch the UK game-and a fun crowd! Highly recommend-we wil be back!
