Drive-thru experience was not good. It took forever to get waited on, received the wrong food, and they tried to make it better with a vanilla frosty. Thank God I have will power because I am not supposed to eat frosties.
Stopped last night at the drive thru and the line was wrapped around the building and yet they were still working fast,professional, my large order was complete with nothing missing.Wish the service was this great where I live.
Stopped in while traveling, it was the best chicken sandwich from Wendy’s we have had in a while. Tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and perfect on our spicy chicken sandwiches. The staff were a breath of fresh air with their kindness. Restroom could have been cleaner but the food and staff made up for it. I almost thought maybe they thought we were mystery shoppers! They had, what appeared to be, a person in training running the register. Nice guy!
