There was one gentleman his name was Chris. At the Central city Kentucky arby's, that was nice. We stood at the counter waiting to be waited on why. Whoever was fixing the food gentleman was on his phone. And he yelled for someone else.That's when the gentleman chris came and helped

Went To This Location In Central City And Was Suppose To Recieve A Free Gryo's From A Previous Order...The Manager At The Time Questioned Me About The Manager's Name For Which Had Authorized The Requested The Free Gryo's I Had Stated To Her That It Had Happened Month Or So Ago And Didn't Really Remember His Name..But My Name Should Be Written Down In The Books? She Had Told Me It Was Not There? Then She Had Mentioned 2 Names For Which I Had Remembered One Of Them..She Then Placed My Order Of A Classic Beef And Cheedar 2 Orders Of Potatoes Cakes And A Greek Gryos For Which Was No Charge...When I Proceeded To Unwrap My Moms Beef And Cheedar To Eat Their Was NO CHEEDAR NO SAUCE On The Beef And Cheedar Whatsoever!!!! I Retrieved The Sales Reciept To Find She Put It Through As 1 Bnc Classic No *Cheedar Sauce No *Red Ranch For My Classic Beef And Cheedar??? When I Tried Calling Regarding The Issue...Nobody Picked Up The Phones Whatsoever After Trying On And Off For 2 Hours At Least...I Find This Manager As Not Qualified To Work Effectively With The Public..I Would Have Gladly Paid For The Free Gryo's With No Problem...This Manager Didn't Have To Mess With My Mom's ( Age 90 )Dinner..

Ordered 2 bbq brisket sandwiches with sweet bbq sauce, there was no sauce on our sandwiches, krinkle fries were cold and hard, Mac and cheese cup was only half full and dry, not creamy as advertised. Ordered a large drink and there was no ice available. Expected so much better for the 29 dollars and some change that I spent.
THE FOOD TASTED GOOD BUT......The people working looked very dirty! Other than an Arby's hat there was nothing that Identied them as employees. It was cold in there, no ice in the drink machine & tables were lose and shaky and chairs broken down! SAD!!!

Gave me a cold sandwich and it wasn't thin sliced roast beef.. they claimed their slicer was down and was not made like every other time I've eaten it. When they were asked to remake it I waited 20 minutes and still never got my sandwich and left
