They have gotten smaller on their sides it's barely enough to feed two people when you get a bucket of six pieces of chickens. That's pretty sad

Took 20 minutes to get an 8 piece chicken and 6 biscuits. Over $26, should have bought and cooked my own. It wouldn't have taken so long, I could have saved money and more food.

The food has never been a let done. It’s usually always fresh and warm. Sometimes the fries can be a little stale. But I don’t make a fuss about that. My issue would be the lack of professionalism. My family and I went today about 10:00 AM for a bite to eat. One of the workers was asleep in the booth. When she became aware of our presence she stated they didn’t open until 10:30 AM. Which of course isn’t the problem. But the problem lies with the front door being unlocked and a worker sleeping in plain sight.

Chicken was soaked in grease. You could absolutely taste that they refried this chicken. Skin is soggy and peeling off. You could taste the burnt in the skin Biscuits are half normal size, brown on top but doughy in the middle. Absolutely gross. 5/4/2024. Four piece meal at 4:48 pm ticket number 1129

My order is always wrong; every single time they leave multiple items out of the bag. Almost always they’ll hand me the bag and say “thanks bye” (if I even get a thanks, it’s usually just a hand gesture to drive away from the window) and I have to stop them before they close the window to say I have one (or more) drinks they haven’t given me. The window worker will then roll her eyes and go make the drinks as if it’s an inconvenience? To give me the items I’ve already paid for? I’ve given this place too many chances, never once have I received an order that was complete/correct. There are PLENTY of fast food choices right next to this dump, drive the extra 30 seconds and take your business elsewhere.

Must be doing well. They were too busy to take my order. Said it was gonna be 30 to 45 minutes for an 8pcs family meal. They would not respond to the drive-thru speaker after that. Little kid at the window just smiled as I pulled off. Service like that, I hope they go outa business, just like the last 2 in the county.

The Central City KFC is absolutely one of the best there is. The extra crispy chicken is always perfect, the sides are always great, the service always seems friendly, and i know the building is pretty new, but it always seems very clean. What more could you ask of fast food fried chicken?

Chicken was undercooked as was the biscuits. Mashed potatoes had corn in them... which I didn't order corn. Cost was in the mid 30's and at that price I would think the quality should be better. As new as this restaurant is, it's sad how bad it is.

Half the chicken I got was soggy, I tried to exchange the pieces but Marsha said I couldn’t. When they mess up you’d assume they’d try for customer satisfaction. I did pay for the meal…. : (
