Would have put a 0 star if I could have but I went to drive through and didn’t receive all of my food. So I take my food back and receipt to get my Hi other 2 shrimp and slaw they left out. The man at the register pretty much called me a liar then gave me the correct amount of food I ordered while keeping my composure. Will never go back! The one in beaver dam gives you so much more food, taste better, and the staff is more professional! Learn to own up to your mistakes instead of blaming others!

Our fish and shrimp was absolutely delicious. I have grew up with this particular one and it's always good with very courteous service .Central city KY store .Parking: Parking lot was packed on a Sunday .Only thing I would suggest is more handicapped parking so we can get to the door without any trouble .

The food was better than most other Long John's I've been to. I would have enjoyed my meal much more if I didn't have to listen to the banter going on between the employees behind the register.At first they talked about someone who was pregnant and how hard it was for them to cope with every day tasks.Then one employee started complaining about how she couldn't find where this disgusting odor was coming from in their bedroom.Then they started talking about how one of their houses caught on fire. It's like these people didn't care that people were in their restaurant, much less trying to eat.Instead of standing around and grossing people out with talk of pregnancy and strange smells, they should have been cleaning up the place. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a week and every front of all the condiments counters were filthy.

Just visited this location and very specifically asked for a bottle of malt vinegar. The young girl taking my order said, “yeah, okay” like I was hindering her life. I don’t know if I got charged or not because I never got a receipt and the bill was high to begin with. Won’t be back for a while. Tried to call to address being charged and of course nobody answers. Like everyone else, your service has went downhill. I’d rather eat at home anyway.
