Ordered using the mobile app. Get there. The app isn't working correctly. Shows my entire order and that I had paid for it. Has all the info of the restaurant and my name. Shows I paid. Go through drive through and explain that it won't let me put a parking spot number in for some reason. He asks for a code. I explained there was no code but I had my entire order on my phone screen and with all the details including my name and banking info and their store number, etc. He continues to be rude to me saying there is nothing he can do for me without that code even tho the order has been paid for. I pull forward and ask the person at the window. He didn't know. So I pulled to second window. ( i didn't go in because i was under the understanding that i was using the app and wouldn't need to go in so all i had on was my slip on shoes and still in my pjs) the manager was rude. The guy that had been rude to me over the code was standing there. Manager asked for my name which i gave her. She got my order. Said all she needed was the code OR my name. Which then the guy gets rude again saying he had asked me 3 times for my name. I said sorry sir but no you never asked for my name. You said you couldn't do anything if I didn't have the code. I had even told him my name was on the order screen. I'm bring polite the whole time. Even apologized even tho I didn't do anything wrong. Get home. My order Is not all there. Call down there the manager gets rude again and saying it was my fault. I will never be going back. Ridiculous. If I could give no stars. I would. I was just trying to get my son breakfast so that I could get ready for my job interview. Very rude, unprofessional and food was nasty and thrown together. And didn't receive my entire order that I paid for.

Girl working the front window on 12/5 at 12:30 has the personality of an angler fish. Where do you find these morons?! Opened the window and screamed for me to pull forward. Nothing else. Also why the hell is everything “pull forward” now? Your only job is cooking burgers and it’s lunch time. No one work here smart enough to figure it out?!
