I went into this Wendy's and getting breakfast and everything at no problems. I was mistaken about a offer that ended early. Then I was waited on by a young lady with fingernails. Look to be about three and a half. 4. In Long she was going around taking money and processing food doing orders out the drive-thru. I personally think that's unhygienic to have fingernails that long with no gloves on. I thought when you got a job in front of the public like that you did not do things like that fingernails that long. I understand it's a fashion statement but when you come to work, leave your fashion at home

Does only one person work here at a time? does the owner not know!?? I can’t imagine anyone knowing their store is ran like this and allowing it to continue for over a decade… having two cars pulled up at a time,10 min waiting just to take a order, cold food, workers in the parking lot just chilling, workers in the dining room on their phones? Like who owns this place?! Having to wait on burgers at dinner time is insane. And the “I don’t give a crap” attitude of every employee you actually do see…… it’s wild that Wendy’s is even allowing someone to attach their franchise name to this.

We were on the road 3-4 hours and had another 1.5 hours to go traveling on the WK Parkway. Took a chance on Wendy’s after driving past 5-10 other options and I was blown away. Energetic, positive human being (not AI) greeted us and I started placing our order. My wife ordered a #1 and wanted to add bacon to it, the fantastic person explained I’d be better off ordering a #7 (I believe) because it would be cheaper that way. That is unheard of in today’s world. I was shocked. Not expecting much pf the food I was wrong again, the food looked like it was in an actual Wendy’s commercial and the fries were piping hot. What else more could you ask for? Wish I lived closer. Keep knocking the ball at of the park guys!!!
