We ate here last week when we were vacationing on Nolin Lake. We wanted to try something small and local and this was one of the first places that popped up on my search. There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 children. We all had full meals, soft drinks, and several desserts for around 90$ and the portions were huge! We were shocked at how inexpensive it was. This place has the best catfish for counties around. Do yourself a favor and bring as many people as you can. Noone will be disappointed. Always hot and fresh. Fried squash is extremely good as well. Only Friday and Saturday for catfish. So plan accordingly. Good ol country folks serving good ol country food. Tell em Doug sent ya. Big Thanksgiving dinner coming Thanksgiving day. You can't get McDonald's food for these prices.
The cole slaw is the best I have had at any restaurant.
