Had to go just for the name. The tables could have been cleaner but no biggie. Everything else was spotless. Loved the critters on the wall. Started with the fried okra/pickles/zucchini appetizer. The prices were reasonable and the people were very, very friendly. There was only one other customer getting a take-out. I had the pulled pork sandwich, and it just really wasn't very good. The baked beans were very average. I hate giving negative reviews about a family owned business. It may have been an off day. It may be a while but I will try it again in the future to give them a second chance.
This unassuming place is the hidden Gem of Clarkson. If you are looking for a good bite to eat with friendly service you have found your stop. Make sure you come hungry bc the portion sizes are very generous! And the quality? Top Tier. The food we ordered came out hot and fresh and absolutely mouthwatering.
