I experience brain trauma and because I couldn’t get my card out quickly enough the owner Shay thru sweet tea in my face. Is this really somewhere you wanna take your family to eat when they treat people with disabilities like this?

I have a brain injury and experience trauma, and while I was trying to figure out how to work my banking information on my phone, the owner Shay got extremely upset with me and took the lid off my large sweet tea and threw it in my face. I did nothing wrong to her to deserve this. Is this really a place that you want to take your children or your elderly folks? Especially those with dementia or mental incapacities. Shame on you Jerry’s for keeping Shay at work. You oughta be shut down for what you did!! I think we should all band together and boycott Jerry’s!!

I ordered the sirloin steak medium rare and it was cold and unedible and I was very disappointed. Other than that everything else was good but I probably will never go back there again.

Fantastic atmosphere and even better food! Every bite was soooo good! The ice cream in a waffle cone was very creamy and cone was super crispy. The wait staff was very inviting and great to chat with. I was told the chef made a dressing and it was terrific. I used it as a dip with fried pickles! Great job at this restaurant. I hope to see you again on another trip!
