Great outdoor seating. Good food

The food, service, and atmosphere was good. Why I gave 1 star was I saw a server putting coasters on the table where 2 customers were sitting and she dropped a coaster on the floor. I saw her pick it up off the floor, place it in her hand, and put it in the pile/ container with the rest on the counter.

The shrimp tacos were amazing! And the potty was so clean. I spent all my quarters playing the claw machine.

One of my favorite restaurants

Waited over 40 minutes from the time we ordered and still did not even have our appetizer and had only seen the server twice. We watched people who arrived later than us getting their food. We cancelled our order and left. Why the 5 stars? The manager came out to speak to us and was exceptional. He acknowledged the problem and was sincerely apologetic and professional in talking to us about the matter. We left with no intention to ever return but was so impressed by this manager's concern about making it right and encouraging us to give them another chance in the future, we ultimately decided we will return. It is obvious through this manager's actions that customer service is important to them. Chalking this one up to one isolated experience. KUDOS to the manager!
Love sitting at their big bar and the patio is awesome with swings!
