Literally the slowest Bigby I’ve ever been to

Spent like a minute explaining a simple order, apple waffle sand which, cheddar cheese. Went back and forth woth the employee like 5 times. Charge full sandwhich price, gave me just the buns and a slice of cheese. Left a tip becuse we pay up front. I would have go back to return it but there was a large line and i didn't have time.

My favorite Biggby location.Never have had that disappointing feeling when your drink is being handed to you,it is great EVERY time.All of the workers are always so kind.

What a great experience! The workers are great, very friendly and they know their job. In fact, they donated coffee to my church for an event. Who does that? I am a lifelong customer!

My experience with this Bigby location has been great. The specialty drinks and the brownies were delicious. My 5 stars for service is not an exaggeration, very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back soon!

Absolute WORST Biggby I have ever encountered & will never ever ever be back. The entire staff is rude & not helpful but Anna is the worst of them all and should probably find a different job outside of customer service or retire. I was argued with and laughed at because I asked if I could get shots of espresso for my free BOGO item instead of a full drink if I bought a full drink at full price which I have done at ANY other Biggby no problem 500+ times before now at 12+ locations. I had to speak to the owner as well whom was not helpful herself and just kept blaming the TERRIBLE customer service on the store being somewhat new! Making me stay in the drive thru to give these excuses while cars are honking and people are yelling. I specifically asked for my drink sugar free and it is NOT. Anna starts to argue with me again saying I didn’t say sugar free when I know for a fact I did. Then some girl chimes in and says it was her fault that I did say sugar free and she made it incorrectly. So sure let’s keep blaming the customer for OUR MISTAKES. So better this is such a poor excuse for a business let alone Biggby. I will let everybody I know to never come to this location.

I stopped in here this morning at the pickup window to get a coffee and I didn't taste it till I started to pull away and it was just medium warm. Maybe brew your coffee a little more often so it doesn't get cold?
