The restaurant was low on customers. The soup was cold served to two other friends at my table. Our server was very nice and attentive . The woman at the register was very unpersonable. There needs to be a friendly person in this position.

This place never makes me want to eat out again. Drinks had debris in them, cups silverware and plates were filthy with caked on old food. I had to keep sending it back because they weren't clean. You can tell this place doesnt properly scrub their dishes. Management had an attitude after bringing it to her attention and told us we can leave although she did cover the bill. Just absolutely uncalled for the health debt needs to get ahold of these restaurants. Check your cups and silverware closely if you eat here.

Our family of seven had a wonderful New Years Eve breakfast here this morning. The hostess is friendly and efficient and Mandi is the best server ever. Our food was perfectly prepared. We'll be back!

Any other time I’ve been to this Bob Evans, the service and speed have been horrible. I honestly came in expecting the same thing, especially when I saw my server was young. But Jada completely proved me wrong, she was better than all the older ladies I’ve had in the past. She was seating guests at the door while still serving her tables, and she even found time to help the other servers around her. Even with all that going on, she stayed organized and on top of everything. When she had a moment, she’d stop for quick conversations with me, and she upsold me on a few things but never in a pushy way. She genuinely made me want to try them. She mentioned this is her first serving job, but you would never know it. I asked her how long she had been working there, and she said about a year, and her knowledge of everything on the menu, and all the ingredients and allergens within most meals was great, as I have a few dietary restrictions she was able to offer me a meal that was a perfect fit. Her attentiveness made me feel like I was her only table, even though she clearly had more. Because of Jada, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at this location. She is the reason I’ll be returning. Bob Evans is lucky to have her. Please make sure Jada and the managers at the cold springs location know how much she is appreciated.

Had the fish sandwich, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The fish sandwich overcooked and had a funky flavor. Will never get this again. The mashed potatoes with white gravy were tasteless. However, the coleslaw was excellent though the serving was small. The boss had breakfast and liked everything.
