Upon entering the hostess said the Sunday specials included steak and shrimp. This turned out to be incorrect. Then, my wife ordered grilled chicken and she was brought fried chicken. She waited for the correct to be brought.

Found out during visit many of the meals and sides are pre-packaged and microwaved. What happened to the down home country cooking? Sad

The food was very good. One of us had the pot roast and it was very good.

Best Pecan Pancakes. The service was a little slow. I'm sure they were low on servers.

For starters, I had ordered a burger with steak fries and everything with the burger was fine except they forgot to take off the tomato. But when it comes to my steak fries, they literally gave me about 4-5. I sent them back and asked for more. My mom’s carrots and mashed potatoes(missing the gravy she ordered) were cold. We had to ask several different times for them to bring out things we had ordered. Our shareable appetizer wasn’t brought until long after we got our food & we had to ask where it was. Nothing was wrong with our waitress it all had something to do with the chef/ kitchen. Our waitress tried her best to make sure we got what we had ordered. DO BETTER CRACKER BARREL!! Used to be one of my favorite places to eat…. Now, I’m not so sure.

Rylie was our server and she did a wonderful job. My husband always have problems about his glass is empty more than filled when we go out. Rylie made sure his glass never empty. That earned her points with us.

My family love this place but now that we come here often every Monday we come because of there Monday deal chicken and rice and for the couple times we been it’s always run out. And today I order a food for my 2 year old son and the chicken is burnt I feel so disappointed.

This location struggled for a while imo but I have to say they have really come along. We decided to give it another try and it was excellent the last two times we went. This morning Towanda was out server and she was a breath of fresh air. So upbeat and pleasant and a very efficient server. Definitely deserves a shout out! Thanks for making our morning a little more pleasant!

Towanda was a very upbeat server her singing was so appreciative after a long day of work.Austin and Billie brought our food out and got my grandson some ketchup…I definitely will be back soon.
