Food was good.
Waitress was ok, but the hostess was very rude and snotty. If she wants to continue to work in hospitality, she should seek a position in the back of the house.
The atmosphere was ok only because of the fireplace and warm embers

It was the Thanksgiving special, but the food was mediocre. Seasoning is nonexistent.
Just love CB. The only issue is that the food is frequently cold or just barely warm. It was almost cold yesterday. I have given this feedback before at this restaurant.

Today I dined in for breakfast. Ms. Caitlyn R. Was my waitress. She made me feel totally welcome and was quick to get my order out to me!! The gratitude and the review speaks for itself!! 5 stars!!

Use to Love going to cracker barrel. Lately my food has been lukewarm at best. Meatloaf I had during one of my visits was still frozen in the middle. Our waitress was a sweetheart.

Hostess at the door said I should pick up my single meal at the counter, so I waited behind 5 people, after which I was told I had to drive around the back to pick it up. I trudged to my car which was as far away from the door as it could be, and drove around back and waited over 10 minutes behind 4 cars for my food. I had to reheat everything when I got home. I was given 4 carrots, green beans that were so salty I couldn't finish them, and only 2 pieces of chicken in the dumplings. the whole ordeal was not worth the time and effort.

Took well over 10 minutes before anyone came to table after being seated. Said she had to take care of carryout orders. After ordering waited 15 minutes for drinks and another 15 plus minutes for food. Sorry to say she forgot the appetizer completely.

I have been to this location twice. I must say it is the best Cracker Barrel I’ve had the pleasure of visiting simply b/c of the servers. Absolutely fabulous servers that were friendly and very good at their jobs. Thank you! We throughly enjoyed our times there.
