This was extremely disappointing.We came here prior to an event at NKU. We arrived and found the place pretty empty. It took 10-15 minutes for them to take our order. We were then told that they were out of fried pickles.We didn’t receive our single appetizer for another 20 minutes and then the food for another 15 minutes after that. It was 45 minutes from when we walked in to when we got our food.I can generally accept that, but they messed up our order entirely.They brought my friends food and sat it in front of me (which required picking it up to check). That was fine. That brought another friend entirely the wrong sandwich, and they brought me the wrong food.Because of time I had to just not get food, because at this point we’d been here for 50 minutes and I couldn’t wait another half hour for them to make the food I ordered.They then told me they took my food off the check, handed me the check which still had my food on it.I try to be positive if I’m writing a review of something, I don’t like being negative online, but I’ll never come back here.

Have to give our server 4 star service! Don’t go out to eat often with two younger kids. Our server was very attentive and even challenged my son to a pop a shot contest (which he paid). It absolutely made my son’s day!Wish I got his name to give him a shoot out but thank you Mac’s for going above and beyond!!

The food and service was really good. Our waitress was very attentive for lunch. Our party all enjoyed the food, but will be ordering to go as the music was so unbearably loud you couldn't hear the person beside you.

DO NOT GO HERE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTSTrivia was fun, however, we received absolutely abysmal service. We were checked on once while being at the restaurant for two hours… one chance for refills, not even a check-in for “how was the food”. The pizza was fine, however, the fried pickles were inedible and absolute garbage. If I wonder a restaurant, I would be ashamed to serve them. Our food took over and hour to come out. Even though we had a relatively large group, we had one large pizza, a salad, a small pizza, and a sandwich. In this hour between ordering and receiving our food, we received no additional service. Our appetizer of fried pickles came out with our meal which completely defeats the purpose of an appetizer. Overall, I would certainly recommend going anywhere but here, especially if you do not want to be waiting forever to get your food. Not to mention, getting our checks took at least fifteen minutes after trivia had ended and getting our cards/change back took even longer. Incredibly slow service, would not recommend this restaurant whatsoever. You can get much better food elsewhere. As mentioned, the pizza was “fine”, but papa John’s has a better pizza for sure compared to this. the server was incredibly rude and cold towards us and made us do her job for her. We literally had to get our own silverware and napkins and were never offered plates for our food, leading to stained clothing as a result. When I go out to eat, I don’t expect to be doing things like this myself… this is why I pay for the experience. Will never be going back to this location, avoid this at all costs.

will never be going back again. service is absolutely horrible. one refill over a 2+ hour time span, food took over an hour to receive and no follow up on if everything came out all right. Everything did not in fact come out alright as one of our pizzas was completely incorrect and the fried pickles were an absolute disgrace. I am not one to leave a negative review to a place, however, if I am paying to go out to eat, I expect to actually get served, not to have to literally get silverware myself. Will never be returning to this location. Please do not subject yourself to going here.

Took a while to get our checks and change as well.
