This location is very cold, grey and ugly. Had to order from machines that gave blank receipts, so we had no idea what our order number was. Food was very bland, and there were no salt or pepper packets in the restaurant. The one brief time we actually saw a living person, they were very friendly.

This location consistently wins out over the other close locations, Alexandria and Wilder.

Ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits at 9am. Was told to pull over to wait for my food. It took them about 10 minutes to finally bring my food to me. I should have checked it but needed to get to an appointment for my car. No sausage whatsoever on my biscuits plus they charged .89 per biscuit extra for cheese. Terrible service. The lady who brought my sandwiches out almost dropped them in the window in my lap.

2 be trip through the drive through this week. Sportive was not good both times, my kid ordered a happy meal… he got 8 fries. I call and ask for the manager just to let them know, she started off with an attitude to begin with, then she tried to argue about a slushy… which I never had complaints about nor did I mention it. She did offer to replace the fries, but I did not return. We are paying for a service that is over priced and we’re not getting it. We will start going next door to Wendy’s, in hopes they will offer a better service.

Service was so slow thru drive thru. Cars were leaving the line making it worse for cashier. Took me twenty minutes for a cheeseburger and ice tea.

at 10:25, i tried to order a sausage biscuit and they said breakfast was over. it stops at 11. need better drive thru workers that aren’t filthy liars. also helped three people in the first line before the customers who had been waiting longer in the other line.

This place is SOOOO slow and inconsistent. I understand being short handed, I understand having dual drive throughs bit if you can't keep the orders straight what is the point?
If I could give this a negative 5 I would... I'll definitely explain tomorrow after talking to the owner of this establishment. I understand employees are a hard commodity these days. But dam! Have some selection when hiring. Terrible employee base. Probably time to clean house. Literally!! I will do just what your employee said to me after waiting 20 minutes for an online order in drive-through. I ordered 20 minutes prior to coming. "If the order isn't right, don't come back".. guess what? The order was not right. And we will not be back. Unreal...
