Ordered food for myself and my 8 and 9 year old and we got the pleasure of listening to one of the employees having a meltdown dropping the F bomb and all that good stuff because people were calling to see if they had the grinch meal. Unacceptable behavior to be displaying in a “family friendly” environment in front of multiple families that were just sitting there trying to enjoy their food.

We ordered two burgers, a ten piece nugget, and fries. When we got home the fries were cold and half gone. The nuggets? Non-existent. Midway through eating our cheeseburgers and hard, cold fries, we called Mc Donald’s to go pick up our nuggets. After waiting in the front for what seemed like an entirety at the registers, we asked for the nuggets, which took suspiciously short amount of time to come out. We also ordered a large fries because the last ones were disappointing. Then, we paid and headed back home. Now, I did what everybody does and never admits to and grabbed a fry out the bag. I could feel its lukewarm embrace against my fingertips and thought, “Ahh, perfect.” You see, the thing about fast food is it needs to be just warm enough to be considered edible and it will suffice my hunger. I brought the fry to my mouth and took a bite waiting for the signature Mc Donald taste, but it never came. Savagely, I took another bite and still no flavor. They forgot to season the fries. I desperately checked the bag only to notice that the fries were feeling philosophical. Half full or half empty? I well never know. But all I know is that I got the same amount of fries that could be put in a small package—and I felt small in the process. I drove home in disappointment, and put my fries and nuggets on a plate. The nuggets were cold too, probably the same nuggets they forgot 30 minutes prior. Other than a few mysterious black specks, the fries were devoid of flavor. Placing them in the air fryer and letting them cook—probably for the first time—I sulked in my gluttony. Pulling them out, I heavily seasoned them with the first salt they had ever touched. After my near 40 minutes of struggle, I sat down, ready to eat my food. I picked up a nugget and bit into it. A vein. That was my final straw. Now, i’m writing this review, munching on my not even mediocre Mc Donalds, questioning why I didn’t just order Wendy’s.

I was TOLD to pull to the second window since I got a mobile order and the guy was so pissed I didn't stop to tell him I didn't want my receipt he ran to the second window and pushed the poor girl out of the way to make a snarky comment to me and my friend about not stopping.

Waited at the counter 5 minutes. Nobody came. Asked for someone to come to the counter. Overheard the manager saying can you go to the counter he's about to flip his lid or something like that. Waited another minute still nobody came. Just go to the Wendy's next door they took my order right away

Our food took awhile. it was just my husband and I. We both got a sandwich nuggets. Not friendly! Just cold and uninviting.
90% of the time I get good service from this McDonald's. The people are nice and they haven't messed my orders up much. This is the only McDonald's I really trust.

I would like to think someone would care about these reviews but the fact there is so many negative reviews and I am here to write another one speaks volumes. I myself have been turned away at the drive thru at least 4 times now when they are well past the start of shift. Also I have waited at one drive thru speaker while 3 or more people were waited on at the other one before my order was taken. I just thought I would give them another shot today only to sit at the drive thru and no one take my order.
