Wheelchair accessibility: The femàle and male bathrooms are LOCKED AT ALL TIMES PLUS THE DOCK DOOR WHICH REMAINS LOCKED AND TO USE INSIDE CAUSES PROBLEMS IF ONE HAS TO GO IN AN EXTREME HURRY. I know this cause it happened a few days back I'LL ONLY EAT TAKE OUT IF I DO EAT THERE ONCE MORE. OTHER PLACES DO NOT LOCK ALL THE DOORS. DISGRUNTLED PATRON!!!!!!Angry one.

Love Penn station. the bread is the best!!! and the French fries are awesome.
I actually think the sandwiches are cheaper than say jersey mike. and the fries are best in the industry

Sadly, after LOVING the food and service here for years, today, 10/30/24, I was denied use of the restroom for my 3yo granddaughter AFTER placing an order for a large fry, a tray of chocolate chip cookies, and 2 drinks. Their policy is no one can use their restroom unless you buy a sandwich. Rude female staff member, rude manager, rude upper management. Horrible policy. P.S. None of them have children so why would they care if a little girl needs to go potty?

Everyone always seems like they are miserable and halfway ignore the clientele. My biggest issue is why do we not wear hair nets? 90% of the employees have long hair and today I was blessed with a 9” black hair in my sandwich! WHY?
