Pick up order: Ordered chicken soup for lunch. As usual, it was fresh, delicious, and served hot — especially perfect on such a cold day. The portion size is large, easily enough for two people. Very satisfying!

Wish I could give zero for a takeout order. Called in for an order and the woman gave me attitude when I said I wanted grilled chicken on my quesadilla... started talking to me like I was an idiot. My friend called in an order right after me and ordered a grilled steak burrito and enchilada combination and got yelled at because the lady didn’t hear her and said “when you call in you need to know what you want and say you want a combination!” Which my friend did. My friend also verified there would be rice and beans and worker said they don’t have any of that for a combination… which they do and it says it on the menu…when we got there 7 ppl came up to us but didn’t help and had to ring a bell after waiting at the front door for 10 minutes. Finally the lady that spoke to us on the phone came up to us and said “what did you get? oh, did you forget what you ordered?” Then gave me my food lol it was Missing queso and rice so the worker ended up making 2 runs to the kitchen bc she didn’t stay to hear what else was missing.

Been here multiple times for takeout and never had an issue. The person we had issues with on the phone and in person was named Esly. Unprofessional and rude. Missed the basics on proper food service etiquette. Good food but very poor service unfortunately

Quick service, nice atmosphere. The food was ok. I had the Horchata and it was super watered down. I ordered the Quesa-tacos birria, broth was flavorless, the actual tacos where very good. My partner had the Pastor tacos, they were meh, it really did not taste like pastor .
