Raising canes chicken quality is poor. Every time I get food here I get some chicken with some kind of strange consistency. Last time it was a piece that LITERALLY felt like I bit into foam. Over all it's just not worth your money. But the people who work there are nice!

I ordered thru the drive thru. I' ordered 3 chic fingers, without sauce. I was told I had to pay for it because I didn't order a combo!! Horrible customer service. Just rude,, inexperienced, young children working there while lacking good customer serving

The food is always fresh & hot. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Note: I do wish they would use a deli type paper liner for the food to be placed on since they use a Styrofoam box. Usually, the food is so hot that the Styrofoam is melted by the hot chicken & fries. I have emailed the corporate office with this suggestion. I think all the restaurants serve the takeout in Styrofoam boxes. My solution for now is to pull over in the parking lot and put paper napkins under the hotel food before taking it home.
No stars off. However, corporate need to make this change across the chain.
