If you want to spend 15 dollars and get the wrong drink, then this is the spot… ordered an iced espresso drink and got a cup of oat milk.. when I complained, they told me I was wrong and said “that’s how it’s made”… even paid extra for an extra shot of espresso because I prefer it strong..

i hope the worker from tonight at 6pm (11/4/23) knows she is doing an amazing job and to keep going and not to give up! there was a 10 minute line up for whatever reason and looked like she was new and looked very sad and embarrassed for whatever happened after i pulled up for my order.. they gave me my drink for free because of the 10 minute line up but she looked so sad and i wanted to tell her she was okay and to keep doing amazing but sometimes it slips my mind in that moment.. i really hope she reads this!! much love to you ?my drink was amazing and i love this location!!

I have no problem with the service at this location, and never have. My problem is they are never in stock with any seasonal items. This has consistently been the case since this location opened. They released their fall menu not even 2 weeks ago and they are already out of product. This is absolutely unacceptable. I realize this is a smaller Starbucks location, they need to better prepare and stock this store for the amount of traffic that comes through (which is a lot).

One employee was taking the orders, making the drinks & serving the customers. I waited in line patiently to pay for a cold cup of coffee. When I told the employee that I needed a hot cup of coffee, the response was "it will be a few minutes." 20 minutes later I was still waiting for a tall pike place.To be fair, it wasn't the employee's fault. She was doing the work of 3 people. But Kroger seems to work hard at pushing people away from this Starbucks as the product & service are mediocre at best & just overall poor.

all the staff is extremely nice, i go everyday before work and they always are smiling and being amazing. If i have a question or need something they are always on top of it. just over all very very nice experience here.

Don’t expect your coffee to be ready when you order it. Called in the night before to order 3 travelers and they asked when I would be there to pick it up, 6:30 am. I arrived and they weren’t ready. The employee was still brewing the coffee at 650. Plan on an extra 30 minutes when giving them a time.
