I came in at 11:45 for a DoorDash order. Waited in line for 20 minutes and the when I got to the speaker, the I told them it was a DoorDash and they told me to pull around. 10 minutes later I make it to the window and then am told they will help everyone in the drive thru first so I needed to pull around and park and it would be 45 minutes. I asked why because the food was ordered way before everyone in the drive through and was paid for. The workers were rude and threatening. The next day I called to speak with the manager and the female was nasty, rude and told me I should not have excepted a $8 order. Then a hour later another employee from the store called me. Now I did not ask for a callback or did I give them my number. I told them I will take it up with corporate and they state they aren’t owned by corporate. I told them I know how Franchises work and corporate does have say. I told them to never call my phone again and he told me to never come back. Little does he know what my full time job is! Sometimes companies hire people to go into store to evaluate them.

Everytime I come here after 10 pm the guys that run the night shift are always really rude and yelled at me for saying hello when I pulled up to the speaker this needs to stop RIDICULOUS!!!!

Came here at about 1230 am, i even called ahead to make sure i can come inside since im driving a dumptruck that wont fit through the drive thru, the employee was extremely rude over the phone and said the inside was open even though all of the doors were locked when i got there, i will not be coming back to this location. You would think that since they are the only place open this late that they would welcome the customers but i guess not. Will be having to skip dinner tonight because of this

Was told to pull into a spot even though there were no cars behind, order was missing crucial components. Called and spoke to Brandon the manager and he said he made it correctly and refused to accept the constructive criticism. Shouldn’t be a manager if he simply can’t apologize for the mistake.

Ordered 4 bean burritos and they probably had 2 teaspoons of beans on either one of them. Every time I go thru there the food is the same, blah, and minimum amount. Won't be coming back.

There were only two people working, but I still had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a couple of burritos and drinks. This picture was taken halfway through the wait… and they weren’t even busy. The food wasn't bad (sometimes the rice is burnt or the beans are from the bottom and nasty) and they weren't mean, it just took forever for some reason. I was going to cancel the order, but nobody was at the front to do so. I'll still come back... But just because there aren't a lot of options around here.

came in tonight and everyone had quit, but the lovely lady at register was WORKING SOOO HARD! I am so proud of her. she was still efficient and our food was piping hot. 10/10, and keep slaying queen!(i think her name was mckenzie)

I m just an ex military who doordash for make end of the month.today i.did.came come for a 7 dollar order. Nobody was at the drive or ordering. When i will have to wait over 20 minut. I tried to explain how.we.shouldnt have to wait that long. I wasnt disrespectful at all. I was recording. When the assistant manage came and literrally menaced me to call the police.idk if he was my accent. But its inadmissible to be treated like this. Dasher we partner . I hope the manager will read this because respect come both way. Never go to this tacos bell because they re horrible human being.
I'm giving Taco Bell in Cold Spring 5 stars! Although it's a bit further away, the quality and service make it well worth the trip. My chalupas were perfectly cooked, unlike my previous experience at the Alexandria location. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service with a smile. My food was hot when I arrived home, and my quesadilla with beef was cooked just right. Thanks for a wonderful experience - I'll definitely be back!

It was snowing pretty bad tonight and this was surprisingly still open and what was great was that the two women working were actually happy to be there even in the bad weather and helped me decide what to order. I was in and out fast and everything was good. Very dedicated and genuine staff on this shift tonight, keep up the good work!

Every single time I come here the fries are cold and hard. Literally the last 5 or 6 or 7 times fast food turns into ,15 min cause have to wait for new fries how can't you all tell when the are cold
