I thought an online order thru the app would be faster, I ordered it and had to wait 20 minutes in line and it wasn’t even made yet. huge waste of time. the staff was extremely rude and snarky, they told me if i didn’t like the wait, i could go somewhere else. the drive through is set up to where i couldn’t even leave if i wanted to. this place is a joke.

Made me go through the drive through twice to pick up 2 mobile orders when there were 7+ cars in line behind me

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Both people on the speaker were rude. We had multiple mobile orders to and they said we had to lap the store for each order. I have never had that happen at my local restaurant, nor was that an issue at the Newport location. I am a customer service manager and I would be appalled if my staff treated patrons like this. I’m not confident they didn’t mess with our food with how nasty they were being. They treated to refuse service because we asked why we couldn’t check in multiple orders since there were no cars behind us. Tyler/Kyle, couldn’t understand his name at the force he said it; wouldn’t recommend his service, he couldn’t give us a reason for the arbitrary rule. It’s no different than us ordering all our food on one order. On top of being rude they were not efficient at all. It took us 30+ minutes to get two build your own boxes…

We live closer to the Bellevue and Newport location but will choose to go to this location instead every time. The workers are extremely nice and attentive!

Waited 15 minutes for me to be told my order hasn't even been started. Then stood at the counter while the workers stood around and talked about what to do after work. Manager was in the back watching all of this too.

Eat the carpet instead. Went thru 3 times and they got my order wrong everytime. All I wanted was a soft taco. They yelled at me thru the speaker and said OH MY GOD. Maybe get the order right idk. Took me 2 hours just to get meat and tomatos. Yall just meal prep and have ur food ready after a night out don’t go here. Should’ve ate my pork chops.

I came in at 11:45 for a DoorDash order. Waited in line for 20 minutes and the when I got to the speaker, the I told them it was a DoorDash and they told me to pull around. 10 minutes later I make it to the window and then am told they will help everyone in the drive thru first so I needed to pull around and park and it would be 45 minutes. I asked why because the food was ordered way before everyone in the drive through and was paid for. The workers were rude and threatening. The next day I called to speak with the manager and the female was nasty, rude and told me I should not have excepted a $8 order. Then a hour later another employee from the store called me. Now I did not ask for a callback or did I give them my number. I told them I will take it up with corporate and they state they aren’t owned by corporate. I told them I know how Franchises work and corporate does have say. I told them to never call my phone again and he told me to never come back. Little does he know what my full time job is! Sometimes companies hire people to go into store to evaluate them.

Everytime I come here after 10 pm the guys that run the night shift are always really rude and yelled at me for saying hello when I pulled up to the speaker this needs to stop RIDICULOUS!!!!
The workers we met here tonight were really good. They were very helpful cuz we had that order stuff off the kiosk.
Came here at about 1230 am, i even called ahead to make sure i can come inside since im driving a dumptruck that wont fit through the drive thru, the employee was extremely rude over the phone and said the inside was open even though all of the doors were locked when i got there, i will not be coming back to this location. You would think that since they are the only place open this late that they would welcome the customers but i guess not. Will be having to skip dinner tonight because of this
Was told to pull into a spot even though there were no cars behind, order was missing crucial components. Called and spoke to Brandon the manager and he said he made it correctly and refused to accept the constructive criticism. Shouldn’t be a manager if he simply can’t apologize for the mistake.
