Ordered on the app and they have a rule on the app that orders over $50 have to be picked up in the store, so I made sure to keep my order under $50. When I placed it on the app I selected pick up in the drive thru and it let me do that. But when my sister (who was picking up the order) got to the window, the worker laughed at her when she said she had a drive thru order and made her come inside to pick it up. Not happy about that, very bad service this visit. We’ve been there other times where the workers were nice, but today there was one man who was very rude and laughed. They also forgot some of our food items, so we weren’t happy about that either.

Ordered food in the drive through with 1 car in front of me. After I paid I was asked to pull around and my food would be brought out. While waiting the car in front of me had to park and go in because her order was messed up. After a long wait they brought my food and of course it was missing an item. When I went back in the employee told me that I got what I ordered. They might have given me what thier employee rang up but I certainly didn't get what I ordered. I also wasn't offered or given a receipt when I paid so I have no idea what was actually rang up. Anyway, long waits, messed up orders and no customer service. The food isn't worth the negative experience and poor management.

I swear I have more missing food by theine I get home and if you go at night 9 times out of 10 the food will be old and cold before you get home. The last time not only was there food missing but the tacos were soggy and I ordered all hard shells and received three soft. The order taker at the time seemed to not understand anything I was saying gen I ordered I had to repeat myself multiple times.

Girl in drive thru window was rude, she didn’t say thank you, your welcome, have a good day or even look at me. When she handed my change to me she slammed the window. She handed me my food without even looking at me & slammed the window AGAIN as I was saying thank you. I’ll never eat here again I’ll be going to another location. Rude employees lose loyal customers. Do better & don’t be so miserable. Everyone has bad days but when your at work you leave your problems in your car. Misery loves company & that’s exactly why I’m not returning. Have the day you deserve.

I have tried all the taco bells around me. Newport, Bellevue, Cincinnati, Alexandria, and Cold Spring is the only one that gets my App order right every, time.It takes them a little longer sometimes, but when my food is right, I'm happy. I would much prefer good service to fast, wrong food and this location has that in my opinion.Thank you to the friendly staff here!

Look I get it, who wants to work in fast food, but come on…I paid to have Taco Bell standard food given to me. Not this dried up, old garbage. Not only was the food fit for the trash can, I got 0 sauces, 0 utensils. ? seriously? Wont be back.

Went through Taco Bell this evening and the Cold spring Branch, they straight up charged me $2.75 too much, refused to give me a receipt I specifically asked for receipt girl told me it was in the bag, and then close the window in my face. Due to the fact that I'm not allowed to eat beef I ordered chicken in chalupas, when I got home it was beef. I've ordered the exact same order at other Taco bells recently is how I know they cheated me out of $2.75 . I should have known something was up when I was at the speaker and there was a sign stating cash only.

Every-time I go there, they are rude. It’s usually the same girl every time- being the young Caucasian girl with brownish reddish hair. If you hate your job so much, leave and find another one, you shouldn’t have to take your frustration out on your customers. On June 7th at 3:33, I asked for a small drink at the window because I last minute decided I wanted one, and she was rude about it even though there were no cars behind me. So I just said forget it. Never will come here again.

Employees are rude. The food was not very good. The price was too high. Also ... They got our order wrong. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I have been to this location before - it's the same story with the rude employees every time.
