Just picked up food for myself, my husband and my son. Had to pass the food back and forth twice to get it correct at the window, and had to ask 3 times for my second soda. The teenage girl at the window thought it was hilarious they couldn’t seem to get it correct and laughed loudly the entire time I was trying to get my food and leave. Won’t come to this location anymore.

They have shorted us money 3 times And just this last time we realized it wasn't an accident after happening so much so we told them that they shorted us money and she grabbed it off the counter almost immediately and gave it back. Didn't count the drawer or anything to even know whether we were telling the truth or not.
It's pretty clear that she knew that she shorted us money and it was the same girl last time as well. Also, the manager wouldn't even come to the window 🤦🏼♀️

me and my boyfriend came through on 9/25 at around 7pm and all we got were two small frostys ! they were fantastic but what really stood out to us was the older lady working the back window who called herself granny ! she was SO SWEET and kind and definitely gave off such a wonderful energy !
i wish i knew her name but if you see this granny, you made our night !🩷
Got here very last minute with a mobile order I was worried because technically they were a minute closed and I had already paid the manager Tony was very helpful and understanding and helped me get the order I needed thank you guys
