The food is always hot and fresh. The employees are really kind. Lunch hours can be pretty busy so expect a little bit of a wait.

They’ll mess up your order and deny having any responsibility … messed up my door dash and instead of fixing the issue when I bring them my food they tell me they won’t do anything I have to call door dash … ok way to look out for your customers after you messed the order up n sent out the wrong food.

Service was great but getting my parm salad chicken on it was horrible some of the salad tasted funny wasted 12 bucks on a meal are I had to throw over half of it away cause of the taste the food here used to be so great but such a disappointment now prob won’t be back ever

Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I gladly would. We ordered delivery and they were completely out of nuggets which I could understand, but then they somehow managed to forget two drinks, 3 fries, and the sandwiches were lukewarm. I very highly doubt I'll even look this restaurants direction no matter what happens. It's a real shame.

I go to this one because it’s close to work. They don’t always get the order right, and Wendy’s has gone down hill in general with that crap pickle on the burger, but the spicy chicken sandwich makes me drool :). Man its good.

The nuggets were dried out I ordered a large blueberry pomegranate lemonade when I asked if this was a lrg she replied yes .... it was clearly a medium and was not blueberry pomegranate

My experience was great at Wendy’s.I didn’t have to wait in line too long so that was great.Also the person taking my order was so nice I think her name was Emilee,manager sees this give her a raise like she packed my food good,she was so nice to me,and she gave my food really fast just so good.And when I got home from a 10 min drive it was still warm I was surprised.

I got 2 classic chicken sandwiches in the drive thru, with cheese. I drove home 20 minutes with the sandwiches wrapped in foil and the cheese didn't even melt a little. Food was cold from the start.

Hit or miss with this place sometimes they have great staff that will make the order correct. Or they will have people on drugs serving their customers. Went up there yesterday nuggets were as hard as could be and the guy taking orders was very obviously high on something. Would stare at you for 3 seconds before he would respond to you and was very slow with his words after that experience won’t be coming back. Also would like to add they’re employing the wrong staff there’s no need for curse worse and the n word from your staff while making orders.
