I have tried multiple times to patronize this establishment. I moved to Columbia about three years ago the first couple of times we had dinner there it was acceptable. After that, the service has been horrendous. We like to sit at the bar and have drinks appetizers and dinner. The bartenders are absolutely terrible. Tonight is the last time I will be there. I came in alone after playing golf to have a steak and appetizers and a couple of drinks. I ordered a beer had to ask for a rag to clean the bar. I got my beer waited 15 minutes to order chicken wings. Of course my beer was gone. Finally got another beer. Waited another 10 minutes for the wings to come out which were not chicken wings they’re more like pigeon wings the absolute smallest wings I’ve ever seen in my life. Flavor was OK but absolutely unacceptable. While eating my wings, I needed more napkins. Of course the bartender was nowhere to be found. I had to go to the bathroom and get paper towels out of dispenser to wipe my hands with. When the bartender did appear, I had my credit card ready and ask her if I could pay, she walked the other way and pointed to a bar back and said he’ll take care of you. And they both walked away. You can check my receipt. I wrote that she should probably find another job because she sucks at her current job. I will not be back to your establishment. It is absolutely unacceptable.

Food is great! Service needs improvement. All the servers were on their phones.

The music was too loud. The chicken in the fajita taco salad wasn't as spicey as I wanted. Overall, it's a good place to eat.

Half my $19 steak was perfect and the other half overdone. Wifes steak ordered med well was closer to medium rare. The flavors were good.

We ate here after going to my sister-in-law's graduation, and apparently many other people had the same idea because it was packed. Our waiter took our drink and appetizer orders in a timely manner once we were seated. They also brought yeast rolls, which were tasty.
My wife got the house salad with ranch as her side, but didn't like the ranch dressing and her sister wasn't a fan of the croutons. Calamari was another appetizer, but it was chewy and dry and the dipping sauce was bland and not your traditional marinara.
It took almost an hour for our food to come out. Granted, it was busy, but IMO any well ran restaurant should be able to handle a rush and get food out within a half an hour. Maybe they were short-staffed and it isn't normally like that?
I ordered the Chicken Bacon Cheese Nachos, a house specialty, and instead of putting the nachos in a ring around the ingredients, multiple tortilla chips were at the bottom, soaked with grease and cheese sauce, and were soggy. The chicken tasted like the only seasoning was from the grill marks (no salt, etc.), was dry, and although the ingredients were fresh the whole dish was missing something (perhaps salsa?). My wife's steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) but the seasoning was bland, and her shrimp was dry.
All in all, I ate my whole plate because it wasn't horrible and on principle I always finish my plate, but I personally wouldn't go there again.

My first and last time going omg my steak was over cooked I got steak and shrimp dinner shrimp was really good but most of all the service was awful never was waited. I was not impressed at all, so I was very disappointed not going back. I drove over an hour, thinking I was getting something good.

Restaurant was good, friendly staff, but it did took a long time for the food to arrive. Would try again as maybe there was a good reason that wasn't shared with us. Plenty of parking and the restrooms were clean.

Great place to have some steak and other foods. All was delicious and done. We had a large group to feed. Accommodated us well.

I usually try to leave good points and not bad, but the food was horrible. They brought a New York strip to table medium well, ordered medium rare. I overlooked that until I took a bite, the steak was mostly fat, and had absolutely no flavor, The baked potato was the star on my plate, unfortunately. The staff was awesome, absolutely no complaints about them, but whomever is in the kitchen failed. The other steaks weren't cooked properly either, but hopefully, they offered to correct it, but I didn't want to wait again.

Stopped to eat a nice meal. Doing Emergency food delivery to storm victims in NC, SC. Stood in the front with several staff members for quite a few minutes. No one even acknowledged my presence let alone seated me. I decided they must have to much money to worry about one lone customer. Bo return.
