The new guy named Fernando is really really good at everything he does but grant on the other hand does not do anything at all, Sammy you need to have a talk with grant and tell him how bad he is doing. On the other hand you need to raise Fernando’s hourly pay by $4 and take $3 away from grant. Fernando does such a good job at everything he does he tries his best to make very burger, shake, fry’s, or anything he does look the absolute best. Grant just slobs around and be lazy while Fernando runs to all of his tasks and grant just walks like a lazy slob. Today he got beat by even 60 - 7 in football from a kid that can only watch yt kids. So thank you Fernando for doing everything correctly and grant you need for discipline while you work.

Food was average when you compare it to other cookouts. It's still 99% better than any other burger joint in the area. Love seeing the young people working the store. Seems like an awesome starter job. The service was efficient and fast even with the huge amount of cars we watched them service when we came thru. Thanks so much for the awesome service and food.

I'm so glad I gave this a place a second chance we had stop going because always short on fries and food wasn't that great but we said the other night to give it a second chance and I'm so glad we did everything was fresh and great so I'll have to say cookout is back and better than ever

employees are rude sometimes, said for me to stop blocking their drive/ I’m hurting their wait time even though I hadn’t got food yet?? Even being so, 90% of time food is good and fast. Would be 5 stars if they got it correct more often. If you ask for only cheese or no lettuce you a lot of time still get lettuce etc.

Just passing thru... actually impressed at the quality for such a cheap little place. Got the tray...The chicken sandwich was my fav really delicious had grill marks on it. The chicken quesadilla has s good flavor with seasoning in it. And cheese curds were tasty too. All for a low price! Too bad I don't live in town I'd eat here all the time!

For a lot of places where you can get cheap eats this place gives more options and a better bundle deal then McDonald's and their rewards system. My first time trying cookout and I can say that I will come back again the burger I had remind me of a burger off the charcoal grill. Plus I could get all the toppings I wanted. The fries were hot and fresh and bonus points from me cuz they were salted. The nostalgia of going to a fast food restaurant and getting a walking taco amazes me. And the milkshake was very delicious. So if you add it up four items for about $10. You cannot beat that especially in this economy. Wish they would open up a restaurant in Michigan.
Parking: Lots of space has a double drive-thru Lane and very surprisingly clean.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of items that kids would love. And the size of it all is enough where they would get full.
