Tenders and fries I received were cold. Toast overly coated in butter it was soggy. Overall, food was nasty. Not worth paying money for.
Don't eat DQ as often anymore but I ate here twice in a few days and both time staff and service was great and the food as excellent.
2nd trip there was a lot of people (party like) but with outside seats enjoyed my evening meal. Was glad to see that people still gather at DQ (like my local one).
Many choices in area but my vote is here.

The “toast” I received. Girl, if I’m paying $8 for a kids meal in this economy, I expect NOT to have to finish cooking the dang meal at home. Literally got uncooked, buttered, white pieces of bread. Asked for the fries to be well done TWICE, still wasn’t on my receipt and the fries were soggy. BOOOOO 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🍅🍅🍅

First off, I want to say that I’ve worked in fast food and I know how hard it can be, especially when you get a rush. If the issue would have been fixed, regardless of the wait time, I wouldn’t be here making a review. I’ve been to this store many times and have never had an issue but this time was different.
We waited in line forever, waited at the window forever, and then were pulled up and had to wait longer. In total, we waited 40-45 minutes on a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and a caramel moo latte. Most of that time was spent in the drive thru line. At the window, we had to reorder our drinks because they had deleted our original order. We were asked 3 different times what we had. Then we were asked if we had paid after we had paid. Then we were pulled up for the moo latte because the machine had to freeze. They could have told us that before we paid… but it was fine. When the CARAMEL moo latte was finally brought out, it had a bunch of chocolate at the bottom and brown specks floating throughout the rest of it. A caramel moo latte is supposed to have the slushy ice, coffee concentrate, caramel, and soft serve. I took the chocolate moo latte back in and was told the chocolate was the coco powder they put in it. After talking with the employee for a bit, he finally offered to remake it without the coco powder. It still wasn’t made right the second time. It is slushy ice, soft serve, and caramel. NO coffee. I just took it and left because this wasn’t going to be corrected and I was just going to get irritated and still not have a proper caramel moo latte.
Dairy Queen, you really need to train your staff on how to make a moo latte. The picture is the second moo latte, I didn’t get a picture of the first. It should be a caramel brown color but it is as white as the lettering on the cup because it’s only soft serve with a little bit of caramel. This is not what I ordered or paid for. I won’t be back until the staff has time to be trained properly.

I am not typically one to complain about the way I am served or how my food is given to me in a drive through. I ordered ice cream, fries and pretzel sticks. My ice cream was overflowing and soupy there was also a whole in the bottom of my cup that they had just covered up with a handful of napkins and given to me. My food bag had crumpled up napkins. I would have like for my napkins to be folded up maybe. It looked like a worker had grabbed them crumpled them/used them and tossed them in there. I am adding the picture of the cheese for the pretzel sticks I ordered because that is how the cheese was given to me and how I found it in the bag. It was dried up, there was hardly any inside the cup and the lid wasn’t on. The food was overall good besides for the fact I had no cheese to dip my pretzels in and my ice cream was soupy.
I think the workers were lazy and didn’t want to be there. Just by how they were acting as well as the way my order came out. No one should get crumpled up napkins that looked like they were used.

They are very slow waited 15 mins. To get to the window and did not get the order correct and had to pull up. To the side and wait even longer to get a fresh burger and got the burger and it was cold suppose to been a fresh burger. That place is awful

I really don’t want to be that person BUT we went through drive thru and were told to wait in the parking lot. 30 minutes later they bring out ice cold food, the cheese didn’t even melt on the burgers and the fries were limp and cold. Basically like they forgot they told us to wait and rather than remake the food they gave us cold, old food. Close to $25 is way too much to wait 30 mins for ice cold food.
Called and explained the situation and the manager I spoke to was fantastic and told us to come back the next day for either a refund or replacement (our choice). Go back the next day with receipt and name of the person we spoke to and the GM refused to refund us. We never once got hateful, I’ve done public jobs and I don’t want to be a b**** to workers, but I think it’s crazy to mess up that bad and then not even fix it. In this economy you’re better off going to a sit down restaurant, you’ll pay not much more and your food won’t be ice cold to the point that the cheese doesn’t even melt. Pretty convinced they put an old burger in the microwave for 15 seconds and called it a day because like I said it was ICE cold. The tomato and burger were the same temp lol
Like I said, the manager I spoke to was great. But the GM miiiight want to run things a bit better. I’d understand if we were always in there trying to cause problems but we never go there and after this I think it’s going to stay that way. Make the person I spoke to GM lol they were super kind and apologetic meanwhile the current GM is doing a terrible job of running things. I never leave bad reviews soooo

Typical fast food. Sometimes you get good food and sometimes you don't. Depends on the crew working.
Got the deluxe combo and a flamethrower combo. The burger was pretty good but it only came out with pickles no lettuce, tomatoes or onions. How do you run out of all 3?
