Nastiest burnt chicken sandwich I’ve ever had then to top it off way too much mayo and stale fries. I still tried a bite because you can’t always go by looks but ? I even went at 11 because I figured surely they’ll do a good job with a chicken sandwich and fries right when lunch starts but nope couldn’t have been more wrong. I guess I should have looked at reviews. No one even asks if you need ketchup or any kind of condiment anymore.

The reason for such a low score on atmosphere is it is absolutely freezing in this restaurant. It always is. There was very few people that came in to sit in the patio area and when they did they had to leave because it was so cold. My bones hurt I couldn't even move my hands. If management is reading this please come and sit into the patio yourself

Came in tonight absolutely miserable after a horrible day, they took care of me quickly and efficiently, I am very grateful for the services they provided, especially having had to work today, thank you to everyone working this evening I appreciate you and all your hard work
3:00 p.m. in the afternoon I roll through and get a taco and a Coke The worst experience of my entire life I turned around I walked in don't the little guy to counter I wanted to refund because of a bad taco getting back to Taco then he argued with me telling me that it had a bite taken out of it so it was considered to have eaten and he wouldn't refund it wouldn't remake it or make it right so in this instance they're only choice I have is to go home and do a chargeback and I recommend that this be something that everybody keeps in mind for the simple fact you shouldn't have to waste your time to go back to a drive-thru to give them the opportunity to make it right there should be no issue but that's what happens when you go into a poorly ran restaurant
