Seems like every time we visit there 90 times out of 100 they do not have chicken and you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to cook it today was Sunday and of course they're going to be busy but they should always have chicken fixed because it's a chicken place the food is always good when you can get it

The workers hang out with people in a car in the driveway, then they go back to work, they are rude and not at all courteous I would never come back here or trust the food

Normally this place is decent. Last few times I have been there, it has been extremely cold inside the restaurant. Cold is fine, freezing is not. There were two employees playing games on laptops when we arrived and the food was a little chilled. This is the first time it has happened, so I'll leave more reviews as I visit more.

They can't keep everything on the menu available to purchase. Out of bone in chicken one day. Next day they can't fill a 6pc order because who knows why. Always problems with this place. Just find a Lee's and go there.

SUPER SUPER RUDE!!! Not only did they rush me to pay in line with literally NOONE else in line BUT me. But they also yelled at me, asked me if i had ever worked in a fast food restaurant before. Not only did they rush me but they rushed me TO GET MY ORDER WRONG!!! Im talking 3 employees in the window yelling at me at 1 time! I called to tell them the order was wrong. They talked over me yelled at me again and hung up! When I called hack and asked for corporates number they hung up on me again! So i called back and this time they THREATENED me!!! Yes threatened a customer! So not only did i get rushed, threatened, yelled at by 3 employees at one time, got hung up on, they didn’t even get my order right after ALL THAT!!! Its ok ill just google corporates number.

Chicken strips didn't have any breading on them and the mash potatoes were old and so was the fries. Got it to dine in but when we got it we had to leave because it was over 75 degrees in the restaurant. Never eat at kfc again

Went in at 5:00 cst for dinner. Only had 2 pieces of dark meat. This makes 3rd time We've been there for dinner around same time. Always have been out of what we wanted.The workers are not friendly, nor do they offer to cook up anything they are out of. As of this experience tonight, I doubt we will darken their door at Columbia location again. HEY, this town still has a Zaxbys and Dairy Queen to get chicken.

Was a little disappointed ? I ordered chicken chunks, they gave me 1 normal size, the rest were tiny.
I love fired chicken and k f c has the set fired chicken in kentucky, i am onered to have been given such wlel coked chicken

Everytime i have went there they have been out of food and dont want to make more or have shut off food production an hour+ before close.
The chicken was under cooked.. The Manger said it was fine. I don't eat raw chicken nasty. Don't eat here.
