Normally this place is decent. Last few times I have been there, it has been extremely cold inside the restaurant. Cold is fine, freezing is not. There were two employees playing games on laptops when we arrived and the food was a little chilled. This is the first time it has happened, so I'll leave more reviews as I visit more.
Compared to other KFCs I've ate at, this location and the Columbia (KY) locations do an incredible job with the restraunt, and how they handle getting those orders out. Food was tasty, fresh and staff was friendly. This location friendlier then the other while also going thru a current GM change which always are stressful times but regardless friendly to the customers and hasn't effected the food anyway so far.
My son and I were driving through Columbia and decided to get some dinner at KFC. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were told there would be a wait for chicken. We decided to eat inside since we were going to have to wait. We went inside and ordered and the staff were polite. The wait for our chicken was not too long and we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was clean. This KFC is average. If the food had been ready sooner I would say this was an above average KFC. Thankfully...
