Terrible Service waited to get ordered for about 10 minutes. I was the only person in the lobby. The lady at the front counter looked and acted like she was cracked out of her mind. Another girl had nails as nasty as a trash truck. Could see dirty and all where she hadn’t washed her hands, threw my food away on the way out. Also, they not only got my order wrong 3 times during that but 4 times, how is that possible?
I understand fast food isn’t easy, but maybe if we laid off the dope we could think better? I don’t know, just a thought.

Went in for a late-night bite. Fries were a bit cold, but still tasted good. The manager was super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit better. Only downside was the frappe machine was already shut down—kind of a letdown. Overall, decent experience.

Service horrible not clean the employees couldn’t even count to three asked for 3 sauce packets they looked at me and gave me 2 ordered a burger extra unions they literally gave me 5 minced unions on my burger not surprised this has so many bad reviews
The line was all the way to the road and I got my food in 10 minutes. Part of it was wrong and I called and got it resolved

Girl that took my order and gave me my food was rude and had no knowledge about it I ordered a $5 mcchicken deal and had a code for a free mcchicken I explained to her and she used the reward for the mcchicken and charge me for drink and fries. I told her I wanted 2 mcchickens total the one in the meal deal and the one I had a reward for only got one anyways and then tried to charge me for ranch when it doesn’t cost she rang it up for extra sauce packet which I had them take off and she tried to give me no ranch just making it hard on people she already had 2 ranch on my order and it said $0 but didn’t put them in bag bc I took off the extra sauce packet charge and in the app the sauce don’t cost either some people just blow my mind.
