I haven’t eaten here in a number of years. I decided to try it again. I have been very disappointed.this is the third time I’ve been back. I will not be back. Burgers were dry, buns cold. Service was awful. Couldn’t get anyone to help without looking into the back and asking for help. I’m not the only one there were many upset customers. Won’t be back.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. And I take giving reviews VERY seriously. We went to this location on the way to visiting my husband's families church, I ordered an order of pancakes and bacon and an iced mocha, pancakes were cold when my iced mocha finally got made it looked like a cup of milk with ice and a flat lid, both my husband and I attempted to stand at the counter to ask for it to be re made we were passed by by workers who never approached us I told my husband not to worry about it but he insisted on waiting when finally the young gentleman asked what we wanted I explained I ordered an iced mocha (which he took my order) he took the drink back came back to the counter with the same drink and said what do you want me to do? I explained its not a mocha once again he took the drink back to I guess fix it but again not a mocha we simply walked out They get chocolate coffee ice whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and they are not a cheap drink very disappointing we will not return

Every time I come through this McDonald’s they are always welcoming and friendly. Truthfully and honestly I come through in the evening times and sometimes morning. I know how hard it is to work fast food. Kudos to this McDonald’s being better than the Russell springs one!!!

So disappointed, took my niece and nephews trick or treat coupons. They refused to honor the coupons to start. Then main manager stepped 8n and said to honor them , so food all bagged except for the ice creams in cups that they refused to put 8n a bag or carrier. I tried to carry it all however they fell to the floor. The shift manager needs some training. I will be reaching out to address this.

Frappe machine is always down, every time I ask I’m greeted with a rude attitude, ordered 5 things, 2 Mc chickens, 1 burgers a fry and a ten piece and sat at the window for over 15 mins. This is mostly the shift the works past midnight. Everytime I stop here it’s slow, food is old and the buns aren’t always toasted. 1/10 would rather eat saw dust

Never make the food properly and are usually pissy when it has to be remade. I’ve lived here for 12 years and they’ve NEVER gotten my order correct. They don’t double check bags and they don’t pay attention to the drinks or special requests for food. It’s irritating and this location give McDonald’s in generally a crappy reputation! I could understand if it were every so often but my gosh it’s EVERY time. Even under the new management it’s like they just don’t care about ripping people off with cold food or leaving off products it’s exhausting to constantly tell me to come back for my food or to call. But usually it’s pointless because the rest of my order is already cold. Nuggets are never fresh and usually taste like bricks. Ordered today and had to go back in three times and they STILL didn’t make it right. Didn’t get my kids Meal drink, missing two fries and when I said meals he rang everything up individually so charged me more money. Terrible place. Terrible food and service.
This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s that I ever have been to The wait times are always long 30+ minutes almost daily. I’ve tried coming back to give him a chance cause I know that people have their days but this is a consistent thing all the time employees acting like they don’t even wanna be there. Can’t tell you how many times you drive by there and the line is wrapped all the way out to the main street where people have to drive around just to safely drive on the road. I do believe this will be my last time going to this location, and I sure hope that somebody up in corporate really comes down and handles the things that need to be taken care of because it’s ridiculous. I get with fast food. You won’t get your orders in two minutes like they used to always strive for, but nobody should have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for fast food. There ain’t nothing fast about that. Most of us are only given an hour lunch. How are we supposed to eat our food when it takes 40 minutes to get it For the price you have to pay It’s just not worth it anymore. They need to come down and clean house if these people don’t wanna come to work to work and go home or find another job, but don’t make your customer suffer because of it.

I drive a semi truck the hours say dine in hours are until midnight I got there at 11 closed so I walk to there window she tells me she can’t serve me food because I’m not in a car said she wouldn’t make no exceptions either what’s a 3rd shift truck driver suppose to do if they won’t serve him food
