I drive a semi truck the hours say dine in hours are until midnight I got there at 11 closed so I walk to there window she tells me she can’t serve me food because I’m not in a car said she wouldn’t make no exceptions either what’s a 3rd shift truck driver suppose to do if they won’t serve him food

The food was correct, but the service (or the lack thereof) was less than desirable. The drive thru was slow and when I got to the window, the girl working didn't even look at me, let alone speak a single word. She just handed the food out the window and waited for me to take it out of her hand while she was looking at a screen, and as soon as she felt it leave her hand, she turned around and walked to the front counter. She NEVER spoke ONE WORD to me. She didn't even acknowledge my existence. I can't even describe what she looked like, because she never even looked at me for me to be able to notice what she looked like. She also didn't give me a receipt to be able to get the corporate phone number from. So I guess a Google review is the next best thing.

They close at 1 A.M but at 9:43 PM they told me they couldn’t frappes right now cause they were cleaning the machine. You clean and you close not 3 hours and 15 minutes before you close ! Especially your most valuable and most wanted product

Every time I go there the tables are always dirty the wait time is ridiculous. Six people in the kitchen just to make food . Worse McDonald's I've ever been inside of.

Food is pretty much always great with the occasional mess up on orders but I eat here a lot so tend to see more than most people do. They know me personally by my cars and orders lol. Only thing I would suggest is sometime you’ll do a curbside order and see the whole drive through go through as you still wait for your order. But also sometimes you’ll pull up and they’re walking out so seems like some days they’re short staffed inside.

30 mins in the drive through for 3 cold fries and 2 cold burgers. First time around they left out a fry. Expensive and nasty.

I waited 30 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. I got to the window and kid asked twice what I ordered. He then gave me the wrong food. I won;t be going back to this location

This McDonald’s is so slow I started to wonder if they were out back growing the potatoes and raising the cow for my meal. When my food finally arrived, it was so cold I thought Elsa from Frozen made it. The fries were limp, the burger was sad, and I’m pretty sure my soda was just flat tears from the employees. I came for fast food and left with a therapy session. This place has really gone downhill over the years. i had modifications to my food and they was all wrong.

Just got the most disgusting cup of iced coffee I’ve ever had. There wasn’t even any ice in it. It was sugar free because there wasn’t any sweetener or vanilla syrup at all in it. Terrible. I asked the girl as she handed it to me where the ice was and her response was that we don’t have that much in the building……I ordered and paid for ICED coffee.

Terrible Service waited to get ordered for about 10 minutes. I was the only person in the lobby. The lady at the front counter looked and acted like she was cracked out of her mind. Another girl had nails as nasty as a trash truck. Could see dirty and all where she hadn’t washed her hands, threw my food away on the way out. Also, they not only got my order wrong 3 times during that but 4 times, how is that possible?

I understand fast food isn’t easy, but maybe if we laid off the dope we could think better? I don’t know, just a thought.

Went in for a late-night bite. Fries were a bit cold, but still tasted good. The manager was super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit better. Only downside was the frappe machine was already shut down—kind of a letdown. Overall, decent experience.
