The reason for the low score is simple. The food was good, they cooked it and it was prepared very fast. The PROBLEM had nothing to do with the people or food, it was because we were forced to carry out! Both Pizza Huts in Somerset KY. Are call in and carry out or pickup only! All the booths, display tables that used to hold pizza and a salad bar now covered up and over. Seems after COVID they never allowed dine in to resume. Pizza Huts were a Family oriented dine in restaurant. It allowed families to eat out with their family or friends at an affordable price with specials going on weekly! We ordered a thin meat lover and a order of bread sticks for 30.00 bucks! I won't be back if this doesn't change, there are simply too many other pizza options for far cheaper. You could carry on a Pizza Hut tradition and win families back because your competitors don't and can't offer what you do. They are designed for fast carry out at a cheap price but they DON'T OFFER the quality of pizza you do nor a calm, quiet dining experience. I hate to think you will just be another dried up Pizza place of the past. Like before COVID, You could sell your premium pizzas for a little less and make it up with soft drinks, beer, or side items. I wish you the best! Please consider for your future and the future of family time together at what was once a staple of the community. Looking forward to seeing ads about your Grand re-opening.

Leah took care of us today our order of 2 pizzas and drinks.. she was outstanding and made our experience really a good one.. much better than the pizza hut in the neighboring county... THANK YOU LEAH! WE'LL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING as long as you're there! 😁

Oh my goodness the pizza was delicious! Nice and hot & fresh ingredients. This place was extremely clean! I was surprised to see such a clean restaurant. We will be back to visit!!

We come to this Pizza Hut off an on on Sunday nights after church. We have nothing but great experiences. Our waitress, Brittany, is always so welcoming and has a great attitude even with 20+ church people coming in at once. It’s hectic, but she handles us so well!!
