The person that took our food to us didn't even know what we got, she asked how much it was instead of checking the full receipt of what we got, we're missing 2 things of Cheesy Tator Tots.

service was okay, but food was awful. Burger was ice cold and obviously old, and fries were old and cold as well. It wasnt unreasonably late when I went either. At least could have attempted to reheat the food before giving it to us

We have usually enjoyed an outing here. This time we ordered a blast and a milkshake. The restaurant was not busy, however there was a ten minute lag time between preparation and delivery to our car. The ice cream items were partially melted and runny.

Get the Super Sonic Jalapeño Cheeseburger!

Already called corporate. Went through drive thru on 6/1 pm. I had 2 vehicles ahead of me that placed orders and were waiting at the window. The lady that takes the orders said she would be right with me. After 5 minutes I’m calling out and tapped the horn. The other customers left and I’m still sitting there. Tapped my horn again and got nothing except drive thru window opened. At 10 minutes I layed down on the horn but still no service. Drove to the drive thru window and nobody came to the window. I got out and walked into the restaurant and saw 6 people standing around with nothing to do but talk. The lady that was taking orders said she had to take the orders as received (only 4 vehicles parked) and then tried to say it didn’t beep. I told her she’s lying because she answered it and told me she would be right with me. Reading the other reviews makes me realize this is the standard customer service at this location. The problem is this lady has no customer service skills whatsoever nor does she care. She is there to collect paycheck and socialize. Also poor management because they are not paying attention to surroundings and ensuring customers are served.

Took 15 minutes before our order was taken. Once food was brought and card taken to pay it took another 15 minutes before my fiance went to window with incorrect food we had been given and to get his card.
Order corrected but chili was cold. Didn't bother asking to have remade. I ate what I could but cold chili is not good. Save your time and money - go anywhere else but here.

The burgers as of 2025 are completely disgusting dont even taste like a burger should and who ever is cooking the fries needs to be retrained to not over cook the fries

They were so busy and incredibly short staffed. But the staff was kind and did an excellent job. They apologized for the wait and made sure the orders were correct.
