They were so busy and incredibly short staffed. But the staff was kind and did an excellent job. They apologized for the wait and made sure the orders were correct.

Very rude workers they do not serve you you press the red button you wait 20 minutes and nobody even speaks to you then you yell for someone when you see them outside and they get upset

Ordered food bread was stale and hard....be careful they claim the boards don't work to use your card however it'll still withdraw money from your bank and the servers will still demand to take your card inside to run it again so you will end up paying twice for food that is not good

Pulled up to order and red light pushed and set there for 8-10 minutes and no one responded. I even said is anyone there. The bottom was active but no one ever responded for me to order.

A few times be tried eatting at sonic , I had sat waiting for 30 minutes before some one took my order on days it wasn’t so busy at all , workers sitting around talking and still get my order wrong and I’m not the only one they have done that to .

Just sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes being ignored by 4 different people, watched 7 different people who were also ignored for who knows how long speed off and go to cook out instead. Finally pulled up to the window where a little girl said she didnt hear us. Which was clearly a lie. Two of them werent wearing uniforms at all and the taller blonde one who was hidding in the back came up just to laugh like it was funny. By the time we did finally get our food they gave us no bag just handed the food out into the rain and went back into the back. The entire shift working tonight needs to be fired. Sitting around ignoring everyone until close just to not have to make orders is beyond childish. Please please fire these people Bob, the amount of money they lost the store tonight was just insane.
Just sat in the drive thru and at a booth thing for 20 minutes waiting on someone to take my order, to then see everyone in sonic sitting on there phones not doing a thing, DO NOT RECOMMEND this sonic in Columbia KY . The upper management needs to consider new employees if they wanna make some money.

Waited 42 minutes for COLD cheese sticks and a drink. 42 minutes with 5 cars including mine in the lot .. the manager or whoever is in some form of “charge” is letting little kids run the place in to the ground.
Had I not used the pay now at the kiosk, I’d left. I hit the button at 35 min into the wait and they never answered and at min 41 they came out

After having to push the button twice to be able to order our food the first time they came out didn’t even have all of our food and after they came back they didn’t bring the fries for one of my kids meals or the drink and one of my kids meals fried had a uncooked onion ring and a pickle slice in never will be back
Literally sit outside at the drive thru speaker for 17 min and then finally just drove to the pull in….still no one answered! This isn’t the first time this has happened!! Very bad service!

Out of combo medium cups.
So they give you the little ones or sell you a large!
They should give you the next size larger free since they didn't order stock in time!
Not my fault to pay more than what I wanted!
