May have to stop going to Taco Bell, lack of ingredients in Supreme Taco and Burritos. There is more meat in a slice of lunch meat than in there product. Come on Taco Bell 🔔

I just ordered potato soft tacos Fresco style and add black beans it's something I order at multiple Taco Bells throughout the land but in Columbia Kentucky my spicy potato soft tacos did not have potatoes...
Extremely slow service, nacho fries was old and lukewarm could even finish eating them.

Not even 5 minutes after being made and crunchy tacos are soggy and water logged. Dining room was filthy and the staff barely acknowledged that I was there. Been 8 months since I tried this location last and nothing has changed.
I wouldn't even give the service 1 star if it were possible. With 3 employees standing, sitting around in the dining room looking at their phones we were told, not asked that we had to use the kiosk to place our order. After being on the road for hours dealing with crazy holiday traffic I was more than annoyed. If we weren't pulling our ATV in a trailer I would have went somewhere else.

This Taco Bell is the worst one I’ve ever been too, food is half way almost good, the workers and the service is absolutely terrible, rude rude rude.

They’ve always have a decent breakfast until they don’t. Anymore they’re always out of everything it seems. Last week no coffee, this week no eggs it’s nonstop. like why even open if you can’t serve half your menu or even the basics.

Firstly, the service was abysmally slow. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, I found myself waiting an inordinate amount of time to place my order. When I finally approached the counter, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. Their lack of professionalism was evident in their curt responses and general demeanor, which conveyed a sense of indifference towards customer satisfaction.
Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The dining area was littered with debris, and several tables were left uncleared, creating an unwelcoming and unsanitary environment. The restroom facilities were equally disappointing, with a noticeable lack of maintenance and hygiene.
When it came to the food, the experience only worsened. The items I ordered were poorly prepared and lacked the freshness one would expect. The ingredients seemed stale, and the overall presentation was unappetizing. Additionally, the portions were smaller than anticipated, making the meal feel like poor value for money.
In conclusion, my visit to Taco Bell was a regrettable experience that fell short in multiple aspects, from service and cleanliness to food quality. I hope that the management takes these criticisms to heart and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future customers.

This Taco Bell is a joke. I ordered a crunchy taco, and bean burrito. My burrito was cold, and the tortilla was deteriorating ,so I turned and went back, to receive another cold burrito, with NO BEANS. Only sauce and onions. One of the female workers had her small daughter there one day, while she worked, wandering in the kitchen area. The employees get angry and will throw stuff around. The manager really needs to set up cameras to monitor the employees.
