Everytime I DoorDash my drinks are never full , my food is always wrong or has a hair or just incorrectly made. And I’m not talking once or twice in talking five or six times over the past year that they’ve screwed it up. Check your bag before you leave and if you can avoid door dashing please do !!!

The manager, Johnny was amazing! I really do find it sad that he is the hardest working manager there! He knows all his customers by name and knows what everybody likes. He even goes. As far as remembering everybody’s order. He makes life a little bit easier when we go to Taco Bell thank you Johnny so much. We very much appreciate all you have ever done for us.

Took forever for me and my wife to get our food! Bathrooms and dining rooms were disgusting! Walked in to get order took and the cashier was playing on her phone the whole time! I wouldn't recommend thos location to anybody!

One of the worst taco Bell have ever seen, giving a wrong order to lot of numbers no stuff at all, and gave beef instead of chicken almost for all the orders that we have.

Without fail anytime I go they either mess the order up, are out of half of the ingredients for my order or just give you no portion at all. This place is a joke because what do you mean THIS is the fry I was given and I had to wait over half an hour for a replacement for. Absolutely ridiculous service and management. Workers just sit in the drive thru window with their friends sitting in their car at the window and vape out of the window and just talk there's a reason their times are so bad because they literally can't do their job. Go literally ANYWHERE else

I thought that our Taco Bell was improving but the thing that stopped us from eating at the local Columbia Taco Bell happened again. The first thing was they were “Out of cheese “!! Now the last visit they were “Out of sour cream”. The previous visit they missed the pintos and cheese on the order and the visit before I paid for extra cheese on a Taco Pizza and what I got was a dusting of cheese. If I want Taco Bell just about any other Taco Bell could do better. Why don’t they care?

DO NOT GO. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. every worker in this restaurant is grimy. if you can even call this place a restaurant. the employees are rude. they are childish. the food isn’t terrible, but trust that they will manage to mess up ur entire order. all the way down to having no meat on my taco. just cheese and lettuce. insane. ita a good place to go if you enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke, it’s a good place to go if you love the sound of terrible managers arguing with employees. if you learn anything from this review it’s that you’re better off walking to the dollar store right beside it and picking up expired tacos and eating those. you’re less likely to get scammed there. you’re also less likely to get hit with an insane amount of terrible breath from the woman manager with glasses. thanks.
The service was good and quick. The order was complete but the food was terrible. I’ve added a photo of a beef supreme chalupa, at least that’s what it was supposed to be. Got 4 looking the same.

Waited over 30 minutes trying to get through drive through. Finally got food and drove off and found the food was trash. Chalupas were undercooked and only had lettuce and tomatoes and hardly any meat and they were falling apart on the bottom. They wrapped everything halfway and everything in the bag was all open and falling out. The taco shells were stale and broken on bottom spilling food everywhere. My husband everything burritos were pretty much only beans. We spent $30+ for 2 persons. They even managed to ruin the cinnamon twists. They were hard to chew and had a funny taste. NOT HAPPY!!! 😠 The only good part was the drink.

I just ordered potato soft tacos Fresco style and add black beans it's something I order at multiple Taco Bells throughout the land but in Columbia Kentucky my spicy potato soft tacos did not have potatoes...
