First and foremost most the young man who took my order did an outstanding job. Second I ordered 3 loaded baked potatoes, 20 piece spicy nuggets I got 2 loaded potatoes, 10 regular and 10 spicy nuggets and a large fry which is NOT what I wanted. I have always had issues with this particular Wendy's with not getting my order correct and you call up there and call them out on it and they act like me the paying customer paying your check made thr mistake. This place has gone downhill bad!!! Need better trained managers in customer service and resolution. SMH!!!

Ordered on the app and when I got there there was a wait on nuggets that's fine. What's not fine is having me wait out there for 20 minutes for nuggets when I know it doesn't take 20 minutes to cook them. Absolutely ridiculous service. The nuggets weren't even fresh when I got them because they just forgot about me outside. But they threw in a cookie :))) to make up for 20 wasted minutes fantastic
