Absolutely horrible experience. Really don't see the need to move up and wait 10 minutes just so there time is good when there is nobody behind me and only one family in the lobby. As I am writing this i had 2 cars behind me pull off before getting there order. Unacceptable!!!!

And I'm missing a nugget from my 6 pc. Great job night crew at Wendy's. Ive worked the restaurant business for 7+ years and I'm sure glad I didn't end up with a team like you guys.

First and foremost most the young man who took my order did an outstanding job. Second I ordered 3 loaded baked potatoes, 20 piece spicy nuggets I got 2 loaded potatoes, 10 regular and 10 spicy nuggets and a large fry which is NOT what I wanted. I have always had issues with this particular Wendy's with not getting my order correct and you call up there and call them out on it and they act like me the paying customer paying your check made thr mistake. This place has gone downhill bad!!! Need better trained managers in customer service and resolution. SMH!!!

Next to no one inside, but the workers looked like they were gathered at the cooler. Two workers saw me before the manager came up to service me. Food did not taste fresh, like I was at the tail end of the turnover hour.
