Our family loved it! We had never heard of a Zaxby’s before as we don’t have any near where we live. We stayed at the hotel across the street which was convenient might I add. Food was very fresh, don’t believe I’ve ever had such hot, fresh food from any fast food like I did from this Zaxbys! Other brands should take note!

Pure laziness. Wasn’t busy. Had 1 customer in there before me. Took almost 20 minutes to get my COLD food and I don’t know why I expected the overpaid worker to understand English and take a simple order. I had to repeat my simple 4 item order 3 times and it still wasn’t right. Charged me $6 for extra sauces that they didn’t even give me either! Extremely sub par for Zaxbys. Extremely advise going somewhere else unless you like disappointment.

I recently visited Zaxby's and overall had a decent experience. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff members who were friendly and efficient in taking our orders and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal.However, I was a bit disappointed with the food. While it was okay in terms of taste, I found it to be overly salty, which detracted from my enjoyment of the meal. It would be great if they could adjust the seasoning to make it more balanced.In summary, Zaxby's offers great service but could improve on the saltiness of their dishes for a more satisfying dining experience.

This was our first time at a Zaxbys. We were pleased with the food and the service.We ordered chicken sandwiches, one by itself and one as a meal, with the add-on shrimp side for $3.Our food was fresh and hot. The sandwiches were very good. The chicken breast was tender, and the breading was nice and crisp. The regular fries were good. The seasoned fries were a little too salty for our taste, but to be fair, we generally eat a low sodium diet. The standout items were the shrimp, large and perfectly cooked, and peach tea. We both decided we'd get the shrimp meal next time.The restaurant is clean and well laid out. The restrooms are clean and handicap accessible. The music, moody blues, and similar artists was enjoyable to listen to but not so loud as to prevent conversation.I'm very happy with our experience here. We'll be back.

Great place to eat. The chicken is so juicy and fry seasoning is to die for. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Katie is always very nice and has great customer service skills. Will always rate this store at a 5.
