Every time I order from here they mess up the order, I ordered door dash this last time and they gave me the wrong food and left out my drink. They didnt offer to fix the part they admitted to messing up and blamed the driver for the drink, door dash is a hassle to try and get money back from. Both stores in corbin have been so bad about handing out the right food id rather get my food in london and drive a half hour to eat it cold. Don't belive the reviews they have because an ex employee has even admitted they have employees make fake reviews.

ARBY'S you can do better. My fries were like limp fish sticks. Stale fries that tasted like fish. I order crinkle fries they are my favorite. I was disappointed when I got back out on to the road and went to eat traveling north. I was to far away to turn back . Next time I'll think twice on picking this ARBY'S location.

Don't bother. They won't. Empty restaurant. Three employees sleepwalking around the kitchen. All three see me standing at the front counter. All three ignore me until I leave.
Wow I knew I was in the right arbys when I saw asst mgr Elizabeth was checking on her employee outside to make sure she was ok cleaning parking lot. When I got inside immediately addressed and employee was pleasant and eager to help . Food was made fresh and fast great job Arbys

This is by far the worst Arby’s I have ever been to in my life. Let me tell you the meat is overcooked. They don’t put the right portions on. They don’t put the sauce on there and they make you wait forever like what’s really going on in the back?

The bottom bun was so hard on the ham sandwich it wasn’t edible. The ham must have been the butt end of the ham. The fries were like cardboard. Ordered sweet tea and had to pull over while they corrected that and all the server did was pour sugar packets in unsweetened tea. Do better Arby’s. 7/9/25 3:00pm
