This is by far the worst Arby’s I have ever been to in my life. Let me tell you the meat is overcooked. They don’t put the right portions on. They don’t put the sauce on there and they make you wait forever like what’s really going on in the back?

The bottom bun was so hard on the ham sandwich it wasn’t edible. The ham must have been the butt end of the ham. The fries were like cardboard. Ordered sweet tea and had to pull over while they corrected that and all the server did was pour sugar packets in unsweetened tea. Do better Arby’s. 7/9/25 3:00pm

I went inside at 9: 30 to have a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich and the manager or whoever was working behind the counter told me that I couldn't have a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich because they decided to close their lobby early because they didn't have enough staff so I didn't get to have a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich instead I ended up going to Burger King and they let me come inside and have a delicious whopper. I was really disappointed because I haven't had a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich in so long, and the sign on the door said they were open until 10:00, so I went in before 10:00 and they told me that I couldn't have a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich. And I was very disappointed. And maybe you should change the sign on the door to say you can't have delicious Arby's roast beef sandwiches after 9:00.

Ordered food there yesterday. Order the 2 for 6, they charged me full price for both items. Ordered a milkshake for my kid, was supposed to be chocolate. Guess they have a new milkshake flavor now tho. Was white with the faintest swirl of chocolate in it. I use to eat here a lot and it's went down hill these past few weeks. Whoever the GM here is, needs to get it together. I'll never be back to this location. I'll count my loss in money they cheated me out of, and they can count their loss if my business. Would NOT recommend ever going here.

Well they had no really good value deals going on but the two for $6 and that was a choice of a couple different sandwiches only?. Counter person who seemed to be mgmnt of a sort didn't greet or say ty . Made you feel like going somewhere else.
