Walking in, modern worship music is playing, nice signs and pictures everywhere, and a happy, fun staff. The food was just as amazing. Biscuits were perfect, and chicken hot and juicy. I would absolutely choose this Bojangles location over anything around, even the original KFC!

However, it only includes two sauces, which feels stingy for such a large order. The first five times I ordered, they included biscuits, but then they inexplicably stopped without explanation. Additionally, the staff sometimes offers a third sauce, only to charge $0.39 for it without clearly disclosing the cost upfront, which feels deceptive. Worst of all, on a recent road trip order, I paid extra for multiple sauces, and not a single one was included in the bag, leaving us with 20 pieces of chicken and no way to enjoy them. Please be more consistent and transparent to match the potential of that great deal.

Dining was closed for remodel not complaining just saying. Order was partially wrong got tots instead of fries. Chicken sandwich was spicy didn't get chicken tenders got popcorn chicken sandwich was warm not hot . Total disappointment after waiting a year to try this place out . Should have stayed with going to KFC .
