The women working the counter were awesome. Super friendly and very thorough with the paper work and upfront price, so there was no confusion. Brice the mechanic was super respectful and very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my trailer’s auto inflate system for the tires. Brice is management material if he hasn’t been promoted already. Everyone called out after the snow storm. He was the only one there working to keep trucks rolling down the highway safely and effectively.

Very bad experience, they said no call out fee but it came up with 160$ for just road service call at the end of day. For one wheal seal and break shoe we paid 1028$. 😅

OOS for a flat tire at the commercial scale in London KY. This guy is the best!
Was told I would have to wait 1.5 hours to get a tire changed it's been 4 hours and they still have not showed up was told a half hour ago that they were on the way here but hasn't shown up yet and I'm only 3 miles away from them. What a joke I will never call them again

I went to change the front tire in my truck. There is a girl at the reception who is very mean, she talks very, very rudely to everyone, she is not happy, she is still young, I think she needs to get married then she will be more polite in talking to people
