Brooklyn brothers pizzeria

Second trip (60miles round trip), to Brooklyn brothers pizzeria. First time was fantastic! Great food and service. Tonight, however, was just the opposite! The food was served luke warm and was left on the counter for about 10 minutes while another server had to go looking for our server. Besides the food being left to chill, our drinks were empty before he could be found. The pizza (the same pizza as on the first visit), was okay, but not what we were expecting. After we finished our meal, we again had to flag down another waiter for him to go find our server. 5 minutes later he made an appearance, handed us a to-go box and disappeared again without giving us our check! We weren't going to wait on him again for him to grace us with his presence! I went to the check out counter and had to explain to the cashier that I didn't have a check. Luckily I knew what we were sitting at, and she was able to pull up the check that way. The server we had should either be retrained or fired!!! At this point, I'm not sure if I want to risk my time and money on another visit to Brooklyn brothers pizzeria.

I was not pleased with the andoulle sausage in my dish. Our waitstaff was amazing.

You get the cheese pull from the movie Goof Troop! Pizza was great! We got the Chicago pizza with Yuengling.
This will be a mandatory stop now when we travel through Corbin!

Pizza was delicious! Loved the crust.

Service was very slow. Food was okay. The entire restaurant is in need of a deep clean and repair.

Some of the best pizza that I've ever had, and the only one I've ever had at a restaurant where the crust is made from sourdough. This is perfect for me since I am non-celiac but must still avoid gluten, as the sourdough fermentation process breaks down the gluten proteins. This means that at pretty much only this place I can enjoy a normal pizza. The atmosphere is also homey and informal, but the service is still good.

What a Gem ! The food is so good!!!!!

Terrible customer service, poor management, and subpar food.
My mother and I sat down to order eggplant parmesan- out of stock. Disappointing. Our waiter scrambled to apologize and promised a discount. Fine. We order a slice of pizza which arrived unreasonably late and cold. Bruschetta was next with no balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze… out of stock as well? More apologies, another promise of a discount. At this point, just bring us a couple canolis. You wouldn’t believe it. Out of stock! Yet again… we were given half assed apologies and the promise of a discount.
After explaining how disappointed we were and the fact that I drove 2 hours to eat here with my mother, you would think the manager would appear to mend the situation. I couldn’t be so lucky.
We settled on a microscopic slice of strawberry cheesecake (with a cherry on top? Probably just out of strawberries too) and we got our bill with… you guessed it… no discount- “they wouldn’t let me.”
Absolutely mind blowing how poorly this establishment is operating.

Loved the expierance tonight. While we were there we were lucky enough that Santa walked around talking to all the kids. Food was delicious. Only complaint is they updated their menu and deleted a ton of items. Sadly the CHICKEN FUSO is no longer available there.

Went tonight during a brief stay at the Motel 6 across the street. With its bright sign and location on top of a small hill, it's hard to miss off exit 25. My sister and I couldn't help but be tempted and made our way inside. The atmosphere is nice, and gives restaurant. To the left of the hostess stand is the bar and patio. We were able to order our pizza to go and sit in the bar area. The bartender Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a long island ice tea while my sister ordered a beer from their tap and bottle options. Josh really knows how to make a good drink so make sure you stop by and ask for him!
