I hate to be negative. But the people here are extremely rude and uncaring about their customers. They don’t have to say mean things to know they have an attitude. As someone who works fast food I know it can be stressful but it is an extremely important thing for a company to have cheerful people every though it may be forced at times. Foods always good though

Ain’t much to explain — it’s by God ice cream. Hot day, bad mood, rough week… don’t matter. DQ fixes it. Blizzards stay thick, cones don’t mess around, and it tastes the same every time, which is exactly how it should be. If you don’t like Dairy Queen, I don’t trust you. I’ll be back.

Walked in at 11: 05 a.m. No other customers in the building. Employee behind the counter playing with his phone.
Had to wipe off a table top with napkins as there wasn't a clean table in the place.
Food arrived freaky fast tho!!!

This was similar to most DQ'S, same food, same drinks, cooked the same, so it was status quo!
One thing that DQ has done in general, is to give only one tub of gravy, even for a six piece strip basket...you really need two for that many pieces.

Ordered a chicken strip basket with cheese curds. 2 car in front of me took about 5 minutes. Then I pay they ask for me to pull up. I wait about 5-10 minutes they bring me out a hamburger. So I drive around go inside to see about getting my chicken strip basket and they hadn’t even made it or the cheese curds. Not a we are sorry or nothing. Just expected me to just stand and wait. Unbelievable.
I was very loyal to this place ate breakfast there at least twice a week for years. I will never be back.
My grandson loves the chicken strip baskets.

Went here for breakfast..the woman who waited on me was very nice..but there cook most times it's the taller man or the shorter man today it was the shorter guy he had a attitude prob this morning sun aug 24...he was complaining about somebody at drivein window...then somebody orderd a breakfast tray and asked for a extral tray he said somthing under his breath on that..he gave the extra tray and tossed the food tray up on counter had a realy soured look on his face..personally I wish I'd just walked off..don't like snobby people makeing my food cause if they act that way they prob don't give a hoot about your food and that showed true this time...the biscuits where not fresh they where cold..gravy was lukewarm the eggs..don't know what he did to those but it was like fragments of egg..hard to eat eggs like that...the hashbrown was lukewarm sausage was too...only thing that was right was the orange juice...being soured and snobby and serving food like that has no place at place of business...leave your soured altitude at home we the customers ain't interested in it

Our congregation decided to mix things up and try Dairy Queen instead of our usual spot at Davids. Although the restaurant was unexpectedly empty, our experience fell short of our expectations. However, we're more than willing to give it another chance in the future. This was Saturday the 14th around 7 pm. The younger gentleman with black glasses seemed overwhelmed with our orders, which we thought had impacted his attitude. He was not kind in the slightest. I looked for a manager to share our feedback, but when one finally arrived, she seemed in a hurry carrying her Walmart purchases to the back. We chose not to approach her at that time. On a positive note, the food was fairly fresh. The blizzards, although melted, were still enjoyable.
We were discussing the gentlemen's dismeaner amongst ourselves. We wondered if the young man was simply overwhelmed, but a younger couple that was there when we got there. Has shared a similar experience with him, even when the restaurant was empty. Hopefully, our next visit will be a more positive one.
Peaceful clean very nice place and service family atmosphere. Foods always great.

Drive through was ok but twice have ordered online and picked up inside. Both times, the order wasn't even started after it said it was ready.
